The heating kept going off and it was -5 degrees overnight SI none if us (5) got any sleep. Bedding was insufficient to keep us warm. Only 2 cups for 5 people and a request for more had no effect. I think a discount is in order as it spoilt our time in takayama.

Basic clean accommodation in a good location...”
Takayama is lovely, and has such fantastic sights to see, so this provided a good base for our explorations. Within easy walking distance of everything we needed, clean and neat and good value for money. We had both rooms (D and E), which included a studio style room with kitchenette and small double bed, and a second room with two parts, which had lots of single beds (5?) and a kitchenette (not stocked). The kitchen parts didnt have a lot of items, but enough to get by for a quick trip, and it certainly wasnt fancy, but it was a great location in a lovely city. Be aware that there are only stairs for access to the 2nd floor (3rd by Japanese standards) and there is no attendant. We had some small difficulties with access - the manager contacted us frequently prior to the stay with access details, but I didnt get the access code for the key box, so we had to try and contact him by phone. The business owner below obviously gets bothered a lot by people staying there needing help.

จองไป4คนนึกว่าได้นอนรวมกันห้องเดียว แต่ได้2ห้องใหญ่ แหละแบ่งเป็นห้องนอนเล็กอีก ไป8คนก็นอนได้ แนะนำไปซื้อเนื้อฮิดะมาทำกินที่ห้องก็ได้ คุ้มมากครับ นอนสัก2คืน และไปชิราต่อ ใกล้ที่ขึ้นรถบัสไปจองคิวสบาย

ข้อดี เดินไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟทาคายาม่า ข้อเสีย พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ได้เลย ระบบเช็คอินแย่มาก รหัสเปิดกล่องใส่กุญแจก็ไม่ส่งให้ มาถึงพนักงานก็ไล่ให้ออกไปอย่างเดียว ให้มาตอน 4 โมง เราออกไปเที่ยวเมืองอื่นกลับมา 5โมง พนักงานก็ไม่อยู่แล้ว รหัสเข้าห้องก็ไม่มี โทรไปเบอร์ที่ให้ก็ติดต่อไม่ได้ เราเลยต้องเดารหัสเองจนเข้าห้องได้ ไฟฟ้าในห้องดับแล้วติดเองตลอด เหมือนไฟตก ต้องลุกมาเปิดฮีตเตอร์ให้ทำงานใหม่ทั้งคืน ห้องน้ำไม่มีที่อุ่นฝารองนั้ง และไม่มีระบบชำระล้างอัตโนมัติ

Saya tidak bisa masuk kamar yang saya bayar”
Saya tiba di apartemen jam 11, hanya ada petugas kebersihan dan saya diminta kembali jam 4 sore karena masih kotor. Saya disarankan boleh menitip koper di kamar D, setelah saya kembali kesana jam 5 sore ternyata tidak menemui siapapun.saya coba hubungi no tilpon yang tertera di sana ,masuk tapi tidak ada yang nyambung . Kamu tidak bisa masuk.. malam itu saya putuskan untuk numpang tidur kamar rombongan lain.pagi kesana juga tidak ada orang , akhirnya kami kembali jam 3 sore ketemu petugas yang sama dan ambil koper. Apakah saya bayar kamarnya hanya buat itu???
