Beautiful hotel in an accessible location”
We're a couple travelling during Dec. Understandably it was not at it's cheapest but the hotel decor, room cleanliness and location more than make up for it. The front desk staff was very helpful. We checked out very early to catch our flight and the staff arranged for the taxi and check out smoothly and efficiently. We would choose this hotel again if we're back in Barcelona.

Cool Boutique Hotel Great Location and Breakfast”
Me and my Wife stayed at the Pulitzer Hotel as part of out Honeymoon tour of Europe July 2013. The Pulitzer is a cool quirky and luxury Boutique Hotel right next to Plaza De Catalunya, just off the Rambla! The place is good, you walk in to a cool looking bar and reception and there is always good music playing. The room was big and really comfortable, big bathroom and good toiletries. We had a balcony room overlooking the road which was a nice touch. The breakfast was really nice, just enough and quality foods. The price is great and location good, I recommend here over the big names, as it's located better and with the cool art and bars including a rooftop bar - it's more of a Barcelona City Living experience. Barcelona is the best shopping in Europe with lovely weather, food and shopping! Did I mention the shopping!?! Remember to give any taxi drivers the full address as the hotel is not on the Ramlas itself...

Location is everything!”
The hotel is just a few steps from Placa Catalunya, which is a stop for the aerobus (airport bus) and hop on/hop off tourist bus. La Rambla is an easy walk too. A lot of guided and day tours also start from here. Love the location! After a tiring tour or shopping, it's just an easy walk back to the hotel. We also loved our room, which is quite spacious for Barcelona. Wifi was fast and reliable. Terrace was just ok and open from 8am to 8pm only. There's no bar service so you'll need to buy drinks at the lobby and bring it up to the terrace. But overall, I would recommend Pulitzer hotel and will go back on our next Barcelona trip!

Fantastic hotel”
I chose Pulitzer Hotel because of the great reviews on tripadvisor. Even with all those expectations, this hotel managed to exceed our expectation. The photos on the website don't do justice to the beautiful interior of this hotel. The location is also superb, the entrance to the Metro is just across the hotel. If u come to Barcelona to shop like we did, this hotel is perfect, very close to shopping areas. Hop-on and Hop-off bus stop is also very close to this hotel. We surely will stay again at this hotel when we come back to Barcelona.

Excellent location and a stylish hotel”
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the pulitzer. our stay was part of a birthday trip to barcelona and we felt very spoilt. we were disappointed the rooftop bar was closed for the winter (not something disclosed on the website)as that was one of the main reasons the hotel caught our eye. however we were not disappointed for long.. well equipped, stylish rooms with everything you would expect and friendly staff. excellent location just seconds off la rambla, situated on a side street with little noise. cocktails in the hotel are expensive but worth doing once. mostly english speaking tourists.

Pampered @ the Pulitzer”
My stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and i would definitely stay at a Pulitzer Hotel again, even in Barcelona or one of the other hotels around the world. In fact i'd stayed in Barcelona 2 weeks prior to my time at the Pulitzer, the hotel was somewhere down near the beach, and my stay at the Pulitzer hotel was a far more enjoyable experience

First time in Barcelona for my Daughter and I, and we started the holiday with a complimentary room upgrade 😊Beautiful hotel. Very central location. Very clean with helpful staff. The breakfast was fresh and good quality in a lovely room. It was my birthday while I was there and they left a lovely cake, card and chocolate for me. I thoroughly recommend Hotel Pulitzer. I would stay here again ✅

A Great Place in Barcelona”
The location of the hotel is very convenient for sightseeing in and around Barcelona, La Rambla is around the corner, you can get there by metro or walking. Different from other commends made here, we experienced that the staff was very helpful and friendly. The tapas and martini at the bar are worth trying. Rooms are a bit small, but nicely furnished. And check out the roof top…..

'Senior' citizens, on a four-day Overview of Barcelona's many sights! It was v.important four us 2b centrally-located (so we couldn't get lost...) and we used taxis to get about. Pulitzer was perfectly located, tho rather expensive. I was first alerted to the Pulitzer in a DailyTelegraph feature on 'best Barcelona hotels', May 2017.

Rustique elegance”
just a stone throw from la Rambla. In the middle of placa Catalunia. A very modern and chique hotel. Sober colors with really nice interior. A mix of rustique details in a very elegant way. The use of materials is done with taste.Nice sitting area and bar in the ground floor. Rooms elegant as well. As well as the breakfast. I'll come back next time i'm in barcelona. That's for sure.

First Class Hotel for City-break getaway”
This centrally located Hotel is ideal for a sightseeing visit to Barcelona. With Placa de Catalunia only 3 minutes walk away, you can easily catch the Airport busses and open top tourist busses in a few short minutes. Cassa Mila and Cassa Battlo (Gaudi) are only a short walk away, the Barri Gothic area not much further and even the Sagrada Famila is only about 30 minutes on foot.The staff were friendly, multi-lingual and very helpful. The rooms were well appointed (safe,hairdrier, TV, free WiFi, Air Con) and the beds were comfortable. The included breakfasts were particularly worthy of note, with large selections of cereals, fruits, juices, youghurts, breads, meats and cheeses pastries and just about anything else you could want from a buffet breakfast, and all very good quality. As a couple in our 50s visisting Barcelona for the first time in a tourist capacity we couldn't find fault with this hotel in any way, 5 stars all the way!

Excellent Hotel and Staff ... Perfect location”
The Hotel was located a mintue from Catalunya Placa and 2 minutes away from La Rambla .. the hotel was very clean, the room was decent in size for European hotels and the staff were very helpful especially a guy called Marc at the reception and another blonde haired guy i dont remember his name were very helpful, kind and very informative. The staff at the reception speak fluent english which was very good and easy to communicate and another plus is thqt there is a taxi point right outside the hotel in which almost 24 hrs there wete taxis available. Also, metro and bus stations were a minute walk from the hotel and also, the main tour bus location is a minute away.

Excellent Location ”
I stayed at the Pulitzer hotel for 3 nights having read great reviews on Agoda and had a really great stay. The hotel is very close to Las Ramblas and just off Placa Catalunya which is where all the tourist hop on hop off buses start and surrounded by many cafes and restaurants - great for exploring the City. I ate at the lobby cafe twice and really enjoyed the food. Rooms were quite small, but bright and tastefully decorated - no complaints.

The hotel is very well situated, very close to the main shopping area, especially to the street 'las Ramblas', few steps away from the station of the bus to and from airport. The metro station is just in front and there are many nice coffee and tapas places around.. The room is pretty spacious, cozy furnitured and very clean. The staff was very helpful. However, the heating was working a bit defectous.

Our stay at The Pulitzer Hotel was brilliant. The hotel is located with easy access to everything. The staff were excellent, friendly, polite and professional. We enjoyed the buzz of the roof terrace with music and enjoyed pre-dinner drinks every evening.
