Great hotel in a great Location with great breakfast”
We stayed for three nights. The room was cozy and clean, the spa was nice. I’m the center but not loud at all. Cute garden and the breakfast was great, so many options.

The staff here are excellent. Very friendly, very helpful. Our room was definitely clean. The bed was comfortable. They stored our bags before and after check in to accommodate our flight times. They cheerfully helped us call a taxi when our bolt app failed. The pool area was nice and also seemed very clean to us. Great water pressure and a deep bathtub in the standard suite we were in. Great neighborhood blocks from the Szimpla Kert and decent restaurants like Mazel Tov. Quick walk to everything. The decor of the hotel is dated and the TV was old, but we didn’t care because everything else was nice. M&Ms in the fridge in case you are feeling snacky after midnight. We didn’t try the restaurant downstairs.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Queens Court for several. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Much to do within walking distance. I would just recommend a couple of little things. The shower was great but the towels were rather cheap. I would also recommend installing handrails in the shower for seniors.

Dated and lacks anything five star ”
Very very dated rooms. No water in rooms as standard. Soap on a wall. No bath robes in room. Pool is freezing. Didn’t respond to my emails for early check in or to let them know the celebration as to why we were here. Really poor considering this is five star.

Nice hotel, rooms are a bit dated but spacious. Comfy beds. There is no bar and the restaurant is not open in the evening.

Was OK but air conditioning was issue ”
The room was at the right size, with small kitchen and nice shower, but it was very hot in the room and when I tried cooling the room with the air conditioner I discovered that they actually canceled the option for the whole hotel. No way for cooling down, it was super hot I felt like I was burning up

It's good but no that good ”
Reception staff are realy quite rude, don't acknowledge you when your waiting, aren't very accommodating. Room was gorgeous lovely and clean however the phone didn't work to call down for room service, no plug in the bath, coffee machine didn't work and all items still left in the dishwasher. Excellent location though can easily access everything by walking or scooter which is great! Pool, sauna and steam was gorgeous but could do with cleaning

Bugs, spiders everywhere”
Can't believe this is a 5 star hotel. 1) There was a giant dead fly in my room. I found it the minute I walked in my room. Great start for the journey! 2)The staff was aloof. They can clearly tell that I'm a tourist but showed little interest to talk to me about anything for the city. 3) There was a spider in my bath robe. 4) some kind of dead bugs in the open kitchen. 5) towels were yellow. stained. 6) phone didn't work in the room. There is no way to call the reception. 7) sofa is also stained. The only good thing about this place is they provide Netflix I guess

Nice rooms, not quite 5 star but very nice”
The Queen's Court Hotel is a nice, quiet place with nice big suites (we had a Superior Suite rather than a Standard). The pool & sauna area were quite small but that's all you really need for a hotel of this size. The staff were welcoming and polite although we weren't offered any assistance with our bags, which surprised me. Not that I would have taken them up on the offer if they had as we had very light luggage but most places would at least ask if you needed some help. The room itself was a very nice standard but wasn't luxurious, as you would expect for a 5 star property. Perhaps the more expensive suites would feel a bit more upmarket. All in all, I'd say it's a 4 - 4.5 star hotel. We were travelling to Budapest for my birthday and when we returned to our room in the afternoon, the front desk staff had left a bottle of wine & a note, which was a really nice touch. If you're looking for somewhere nice & quiet to rest in the evening but isn't very far from the entertainment district, then this is the place to go. Compared to other hotels of a similar standard I think we got a very good deal. We got a very good room for our money and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to others.

Great location, lovely hotel”
We were in BP during the Xmas break for a few days and had a lovely stay at the Queen's Court. The downtown location is hard to beat, tucked away in a quiet side street by Oktogon, an easy walk away from many of the city's sights and points of interests. The room was great, the people very helpful, all in all a very enjoyable stay.
