Good and Comfortable Hotel”
The stay was comfy with sufficient facilities. But the room is a bit small, normal for accommodation in Japan. However, we were denied from check-in earlier due to technical error in our booking. We reached at 4pm but at 7pm only we can checked in with the help from Agoda staff a Japanese guy (didnt get his name) but he is able to communicated with the front desk supervisor in Japanese language and we were allowed to checked in. Tq to him. But a bit dissapointed with the earlier agoda staff, a lady who promised to assist and she dissappeared.

Great hotel for staying near Chitose”
Have stayed before and will stay again. Nice onsen, clean and modern rooms, comfy beds and PJs/loungewear supplied, good restaurant downstairs. Staff are helpful. An easy walk from the station and a short train ride from the airport to the hotel. They provide a shuttle bus back to the airport.

Great transit hotel”
It's quite a walk from station with luggage on icey floor so in winter, consider taking cab from airport if u have more than 2ppl, price more worth than taking train. Free shuttle to airport was helpful. Room was compact n small but comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk staffs are friendly, and we are amazed by the delicate early breakfast prepared by chef & waitress both aged more than 70 years in the early morning around 6:30am. It's one of the best Japanese food in bento box we ever had, prepared with full of heart by the old folks!

We stayed at Queen's Hotel Chitose for our last night in Sapporo because we had an early flight at the New Chitose International Airport the following day. The rooms are a bit small but super clean. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast included was delicious. The best part is the free shuttle to the airport. Great hotel thank you

Next to New Chitose Apt. Not cheap but sufficient and clean. Great public bath and sauna for Guests. Izakaya restaurant on ground floor serves great seafood (sashimi) and Japanese style chicken grill.

Booking with Agoda - Queen’s Hotel Chitose”
Do be careful when booking Queen’s Hotel Chitose through Agoda website. I booked 2 rooms to be meant for 4 adults. However, I didn’t state the number of pax properly when booked. Stated 2 adults as thought it was meant for each room. Upon checking in, Queen’s Hotel informed that total 2 adults are meant for 2 rooms (1 in each room). I had to pay additional for another 2 adults since I have total 4 pax. Just be very careful otherwise you may end up paying more. I used the other online booking app all along and it didn’t give me such problem for the past few years.

My friend and I went to Sapporo for Snow Festival and during our trip, we stayed at Queen's hotel Chitose. My first impression for this hotel is very reasonable price, it is one the cheapest hotels. In addition, the hotel is close to the New Chitose airport. It takes around 20-25 minutes to reach to the hotel by bus and by walking. The staffs at the hotel can speak English fluently, they are all nice and helpful. Upon checking-in, you can get the key to the room. It is clean, and well-equipped. Another advantage of choosing this hotel is that they offer a free transportation to the Airport. With all these good things mentioned above, I highly appreciate this hotel to anyone who is going to Sapporo during the Snow Festival.

We stayed at Queen Chitose Hotel (at Minami Chitose Station, walking distance from the train station) as to catch our early flight next morning. The hotel provides airport transfer but need to reserve 1 day before. It was a pleasant stay. Although the room is small but clean and the bed is comfortable. It is fine for us, I find it very cosy. The hotel's lobby provides complimentary coffee, hot bath facilities, coffee machine in the room and free Wi-Fi in the room. Chitose Outlet Mall Rera is just one station away (at Chitose Station). There is AEON shopping mall nearby the hotel.

Great place, even has its own Onsen... which is practically empty when i came in. Location is wonderful as it is less than 10 mins away fr the airport. Train station is close-by, a bit windy & chilly as we walked back to the hotel from it, tho. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, able to converse well in English. Definitely recommended. Kudos to Queen's Hotel Chitose.

Comfortable, easy access to Chitose Airport”
Easy access to / from Chitose airport. By cab, 1,600 Yen; by train, take first stop after leaving airport. From memory, fare per passenger was ~300-400 Yen. Break even on cab is more than 4-5 persons. Stay on the train to connect to Sapporo Station for another 1200 Yen or so. 20-40 mins train ride to Sapporo station depending on whether you are on Express train. If taking train, Queens Hotel Chitose is 2 blocks from train stop # H13. Hotel also offers scheduled free shuttle bus service to the airport. If not asked m during check in, ask front desk for the schedule and book your time. The busses are smallish, so reservation for larger parties is recommended. Rooms are small but well stocked with water, single serving coffee and tea maker, as well as a standard hot water pot. Generous toiletries provided in room freee of charge. Public baths onsite but they are not natural onzens. Nearby convenience stores and restaurants, incl one restaurant attached to the lobby.
