Spacious and Great Staff”
Stayed there for 5 days with wife and children and enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially receptionist called Adel. He tried his best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Definitely will return whenever We are in Jeddah.

Wifi doesn't work!”
We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, as it is close by to the Football stadium where the WWE Greatest Royal Rumble event was taking place. The apartments were very small , the toilet shower was bad and looked cheap, but the worst thing about this hotel is the Wifi. Although they say they have Wifi, you can barely connect to their Wifi devices and if you do connect, there is either no internet or it is very slow that you can't even open a regular web page. In fact, we had to switch on our mobile data roaming, because we needed internet to call Uber, as also Taxis don't pass by next to these apartments. لا يوجد واي فاي )الانترت لا يعمل) الحمامات قديمه لا يوجد تاكسي الشقق صغيرة

Stay was good, only issue was that all the switches in the room were three pin sockets and i need to plug my charger to a two pin socket, reception was unable to provide it so for two days i couldn't charge my phone in the apartment.

Reached on time but I got my room after 5:00pm instead of 2:00pm... I was with my family and kids. You can understand my situation after driving from Riyadh to Jeddah. I did not get my room and I could not do anything because I was going for Hajj ... I Just kept my patient..Thanks

The suite was very clean. The airconditioning was excellent and the kitchen was superb. The receptionist (Mr Abdul Rahman) and other staff were very helpful. It is just that the location was a bit far from the city centre. Thank you. We had enjoyed our stay! :)

No towels available on the room and not provided even when asked for ('Call tomorrow after 10.00AM, sir) . No staff available at the hotel on Friday evening, at 8.30 ('It is a weekend, sir'). Bad and uncooperative attitude from the front desk clerk ('Al Moudi'). Avoid!
