- About 5-7 mins walk to Shinsaibashi Station, which is quite near to Osaka Station. - Just across the road to a delicious Halal Naritaya Wagyu & Ramen restaurant (3rd floor, check thier Instagram for latest opening hours and days) - Very clean and quite spacious compared to other double bed rooms in Japan. - Staff able to converse basic English - Breakfast is buffet and has some Halal-friendly options. - Sufficient Amenities like washing machine and dryer, ironing equips, vending machine. Would love to stay here again if Im visiting Osaka again!

Comfortable and cozy”
Loved this comfortable and clean hotel. Walking distance to namba and along the way have some eateries and shopping. There are many underground shops and eateries along the way to shinsaibashi station too! However if you are always traveling to shin Osaka or umeda station as a hub it’s not convenient. It’s not the easiest way to find the hotel from kansai international airport but once you find it and know the way its not a hassle. Shinsaibashi stn find the kita exit Walk underground exit 5 where there’s a lift. Exit lift turn right walk 5min to the hotel . Breakfast was good

-Excellent service given by front desk personnel, MR KUBOTA. He helps to look for taxi + give us the details of train schedule. -Mr Kubota managed to fulfil our request to get extra pillow + deliver to our room. He brings up excellent service standards compare to other front desk personnel who are very unfriendly. -Location is good, 5 minutes walking to Shinsaibashi street. -Cleanliness of the room is good. -Air conditioning able to turn into heater, so we do not feel cold during the winter time.

Everything perfect! We have a long stay for 9 nights! Here is a good location for walking and many restaurant and store nearby. You can walk from train station just 8-9 min to hotel. Warm greeting from reception, housekeeping and the person who work in breakfast zone. Only one thing if you have long stay with breakfast you will get the same menu in every morning btw you have no choice but food quality and taste is really good!!!

Use Midosuji line and go for exit 5 or 6 then keep straight walk about 5-8mins will reach hotel , hotel breakfast good and restaurant staff very friendly Hotel located shinsaibashi so no problem go anywhere, and nearby got family mart and 7-11

The location of this hotel is close to Shinsaibashi and easy to go around Osaka. I stayed with my kid (1-year-old), the accommodation was good not too big but not too small for us. Breakfast was reasonable. The staff was responsible for all questions that we asked. Great location, helpful staff and reasonable price, Recommended!!

Comfortable beds, fast wifi, great location, near Shinsaibashi and subway, and convenience stores, has very good breakfast: Noodles, curry croquette, hash browns, rice and curry, a variety Japanese vegetables side dishes, cereal and milk, and bread. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel in Shinsaibashi ”
This is a nice hotel, rooms are tiny but compact. We stayed here for 5 nights. The 5th night was a separate reservation as we extended our stay in Osaka so we were transferred to another room. We experienced 2 different rooms in both sides of the building. We loved our stay in Quintessa as it was clean, the staff were courteous and has a boutique-like hotel ambiance.
