Amusing short vacation”
We booked the villa, located outside the hotel area, but the environment is so nice, surrounded by trees and many plants which make it looked so green. We loved the ambiance. The food is delicious, we ordered steak for our dinner. We went to the pool earlier just to avoid the crowd. There were already few people, but the pool is quite big. You can also use some golf facilities just next to the hotel. There was much attraction for your kids that won't make them boring during the stay. The location is also good to do the bike ride or jogging. In general, the room was clean and tidy, but my only comment is the hotel to clean the ventilation next to the bathroom. I was amazed by the ash.

Clean, refreshing, lovely staycation ”
At first I wasn't really sure about staying here but now that I'm staying here, it's really not bad. Room is clean, bright, the kids love the pool. Breakfast is so so, it can be better. There is a mini market available. My only inconvenience is my room is a bit far from the elevator. One night I couldn't go in because the door lock battery was dead and I had to wait for like 10 minutes. But they changed it right away. The bathroom is very nice. Will I stay here again? Definitely.

Great for relax”
We stayed in work days during school vacation so there are not so many guests. The hotel is located in a relaxing environment, with great mountain view. There are not many restaurants around to be explored, but we come to relax and enjoy the environment so it's not a problem. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and consist of various menu. Room is quite big, with two queen beds, and the bathroom is clean. Hotel facilities seems to be properly maintained. Both of the swimming pool are nice and clean. There are also many activities for smaller children such as feeding animals, flying fox, horse riding. Overall, it was a great stay.

We stayed here for the weekend. This hotel is one of the family getaway options in Bogor area if we want to avoid the heavy traffic of Puncak. We have returned to this hotel multiple times. But this time we were rather disappointed by the freshness of the food served at lunch time from the restaurant. Hope to see some improvements if we were to visit this hotel again.

We back to this hotel after 4 more years and we got the same room. The room was very clean and the view still nice. I appreciate the staffs who decorate my room for my son's birthday. They have a big park so the kids can explore and play in there. The activity is not free and need to pay by cash only so please prepare some cash. My son and daughter enjoy it. There are ATv, flying fox, paddle boat, shooting, etc. They have 2 swimming pool. The food here also great we enjoy our stay here. Perfect for family and reunion.

Nice Hotel & friendly staff”
The bedroom size is quite big, it will fit to have twin bedroom for family with 2 kids. The view is nice, various type of pools, spacious garden at the ground floor. The breakfast is the only slight minus point as the taste is type of reguler hotel. But the hotel is quite flexible, so it give us as the guest to enjoy the scenery and the facility with good feeling.

Best hotel at rancamaya”
The room so spacious. I just booked superior twin. In many hotel, superior twin just have 2 twin bed but in R hotel rancamaya, they give us 2 queen bed. Even 1 bed can fit for 2 adults and there is still a space. The facilites so many and so good. I think its better to stay for 2 night to use all of the facilities. The hotel so children friendly.

Great outdoor facilities for kids. Outdoor olayground, outdoor court, feeding area. It's just awesome. And the lagoon pool also seems to be well maintained. We had a marvelous time staying there.
