However front desk staff can be more flexible and helpful. They insisted on charging me SAR 500 on credit card as advance for ordering food etc in room, instead of charging it upon check out as is standard around the world. They already charged my card in advance for room nights and then insisted to charge upfront for any room deliveries too!!! I never experienced this at any other 4 or 5 star hotel I ever stayed at
