Best corniche hotel in Jeddah 5 stars ”
I stayed at this hotel for only one night.. Brand new hotel very clean food was delicious and staff were welcoming and super friendly! I remember that guy “Fahad” in the reception area.. trust me, he is the guy to go to for anything you need, very friendly and professional attitude. Thanks truly recommend this hotel, the view is phenomenal as you can see the formula one track right underneath. If you want to experience the 5 star hotel stay at jeddah, this is your pick for sure.

The staff specially the bell boy are friendly and very accommodating. They provided us good room the frontdesk.. but i mean compare to hilton and other hotel here in cornish they have breakfast included with good price..almost same price here in radisson

تم استقبالنا في وقت مبكر عند حضورنا من العمرة وترقية الغرفة اشكر الابن عبدالله عسيري على حسن الاستقبال وجميع العاملين بلا استثناء وليس غريبة عليهم حيث سبق النزول في الفندق انصح الجميع به

فخامة ”
الفندق بشكل عام فخامة وهادئ وجديد وديكورات مريحة واجواء جميلة تقضيها في الفندق والبوفيه جيد جدا ..ويعيب الفندق وهذا الشي خارج عن ارادتهم وجود مشروع حلبة الفورميلا التي تم بناؤها في واجهة الفندق واصبحت حاجزا بين البحر والفندق ولا يستطيع نزيل الفندق التمتع بالبحر الا بالذهاب بالسيارة وحتى الاطلالات من الفندق اصبحت معزولة عن الشاطئ بسبب مبنى الفورميلا ،، لذا من يريد فندق والاكتفاء بالتمتع داخل الفندق فقط فانصح به وبشدة ،، ولكن من اراد الفندق بسبب موقعه على الكورنيش فلا انصح به لانه سيجد متاعب للذهاب للشاطئ ولا بد من استخدام وسيلة تنقل ،، اشكر القائمين على الفندق واتمنى لهم التوفيق وحقيقة اجواء الفندق لا ينقصها الا ازالة مبنى الفورميلا !!!

فندق فخم جدا”
فخامة من جهة السكن وكذلك بوفيه الافطار والنظافة وتعامل الموظفين لبق فقط الاشكالية في التأخير بتسليم الغرفة للعميل وربما حدثت مع أكثر من شخص وأحيانا تغيير وربما لسبب الزحمة ولكن هذا ليس ذلك مبرر وعموما هذا لا يعد إشكالية كبيرة ولكنها مؤثرة.

المصداقية بين النزلاء وموظفي الصندوق”
عندما اردت تسليم الغرف والمغادرة سؤلت من موظفة الصندوق هل تم استخدام شئ من البراد فقلت لها لم يتم استخدام اي شئ فطلبت مني الانتظار حتى ترسل من يتأكد من صحة كلامي وعندما طال الانتظار قلت لها الم تصدقي كلامي قالت بلى ولكن اعطيني رقم جوالك للاحتياط واعطيتها رقم الجوال حتى سمحت لي بالمغادرة وهذا الاجراء لا يليق بمنسوبي فندق مصنف انه خمس نجوم
