Good for business travelers”
Always a little worrying when there is nobody in a hotel lobby to greet you or help you with your luggage, but at least this time my booking was there in the system...last time they did not have a record of my booking despite me having a print out with confirmation number, and to make matters worse they did not have any rooms left! This time the staff were generally more helpful, although the inclusive breakfast rate I was given caused a bit a of debate upon check out as they were trying to charge me a full price again!

very nice hotel, and did enjoyed the breakfast alot, the staff were quite cool as well. the gym was ok, but didn't had much time to enjoy as I was quite busy with so many meetings the hotel got a nice lobby and decent business centre many thanks to agoda cheers

Very calm hotel. Staffs are very friendly. It is in the heart of city and shopping malls are nearby. Very good value for money. Location is also very good. Some of the bathroom fittings are old which needs attention. Else we had pleasant stay.

reasonable hotel for the business traverler”
Had issues with agoda reservation which got resold to booking.com and despite entering my credit card on agoda i had to use it for checkout (no voucher system). The hotel was ok - if you need a clean room a good bed and a reasonable buffet for the club level room Breakfast was also good. I felt more in Saudi than I did feel at a Radisson hotel.

Good choice but not the best for long stays ”
The location is good though not easily accessible. You have to make a few U-turns if you are coming from the opposite direction. Don't count on the valet service. I left my key with them to park my car and bring me my bags. 5 minutes later, I brought my bags by myself. No assistance was offered. The room was clean and tidy. The A/C was OK though hard to adjust. The food is very good both in quality and quantity (for its price). I likes the Nespresso machine with two capsules (on the house). I stayed for one night and in a Hajj season so I don't want to be tough. Overall, I think I would book it again.

It is an excellent hotel to stay. The staff were extremely helpful and flexible with regards to check-out timings. I was upgraded to Executive Floor and the room was excellent.

Did not meet the expectations”
I have stayed at this hotel many time now. I have been staying in the Italian Style Room, which i like. This time they gave me a free upgrade to a Junior Suite. Junior suite, though bigger, with a separate living room, is definitely less comfortable for a business traveller like me. I struggled with plug points in the room, the tv was i think 20 inches or less, though there were two of them (both small). I would never take the upgrade again. Also this time i experienced very poor service levels. I was given the wrong room number from the reception, and i actually almost entered someone else's room, check in took quite sometime, did not get iron in spite of asking twice. I hope this is just a one time experience because i like that hotel overall in spite of being in a very trafficked area

Don't get confused with Raddisson Executive Suites”
Staff performance was very good. They went out of their way to help us find taxis, places to eat and even cross the busy road in front of the hotel. The furniture appeard to be a bit out of date but the hotel was clean overall. Security was tight compared to other hotels. Breakfast was good.
