I have visited many hotels in Saudi but I have never stayed in a Radisson hotel. I went there with zero expectations. As soon as I entered I was greeted and welcomed perfectly by Mr Abdulaziz at the front office then I when I went up to my oom with my kids Mr. Salman saw me and he immediately helps me with the kids and even looked for a better room for my kids and I. I was so touched by his kindness. Mr Khalid also perfect and all the staff at this hotel made me so special that I would not hesitate to come back. At the end of my stay, I spoke to the manager and he was pleased too. The staff are exceptional

Amazing ”
I stayed for a night only, but still catching my memory because my expectation was low when I booked the place due to my past experiences in Jeddah. But this hotel was nice with beautiful furniture and good location. I would give a special thanks to the staff, especially Saud Alzahrani and Faisal.

Noisy Room Guests on 6th Floor”
Stayed at this hotel for two nights during the week. The non smoking room, especially the bathroom smelled of putrid acrid cigarette smoke wafting in and out. The room was extremely good and the stay was comfortable clean and convenient but the rooms are very noisy and not sound proof. Late night door banging, raised voices in the passage and coming from the adjacent rooms was indescribable and very uncomfortable - like staying in a cheap hostel - primarily just uneducated inconsiderate guests (villagers) most likely. The hotel itself was good and restaurant food very good. Housekeeping staff and cleaners/ reception all excellent.

Generally very good”
Good city center choice. I saw one little spot of fungus inside the fridge that was not cooling much. I also noticed spots of old stains on the carpet. The main entrance car tagfic needs to be looked after properly coz some customers stop their car their and leave it which affects all cars behind. Otherwise, the place is quiet, staff are excellent, food is delicious for breakfast menue and venue in lobby as well as breakfast dining in are clean, nice and comfortable.
