Flooded bathroom!”
Stayed here for a night and then for the lack of a better location, I extended the stay by an additional two nights. When I returned back from my meetings on the second night, I noticed that the bathroom floor was completely flooded from a toilet leak. I called housekeeping and this gentleman came and started asking me how this happened instead of apologizing for what happened and fixing it! How it happened? The hotel administration didn't maintain the property well enough... that's how it happened. Anyway, he wiped the floor and left without fixing the root cause of the leak. Within a few hours, the floor was flooded again! They didn't have any room service menus available. In today's day and age where WiFi is supposed to be free and hasslefree, I had to enter unique computer generated credentials for each of my devices!

It is nice hotel, good location in center of Riyadh , near the biggest shopping center ,kingdom and faysalia, but the entrance of hotel is not very clear , the room service sometime delay replaying and air condition was not working, the windows need repair ,the food is delicious but limited lunch as dineer no variety,the reciption staff was cooperative but it consider expensive and it is more 4 stars not 5,thanx

Overall it was an excellent experience except for when we were having our breakfast a little late into the day around 10am, we had a friend visiting us and we cannot ask him to wait outside the restaurant or elsewhere so we said come in the dining hall (nafoora) and he joined us and the point to note is he had had his breakfast and has come purely to meet us. The moment this guest joined us the restaurant caretaker jumped upon us asking for the details and informing us of payment reminder for the additional guest, which to us looked embarassing and odd. To cut the discussion short we said we will pay (how much, SR 90) for sharing our breakfast table, looked cheap and not very professional.

I think there should be what are the worst 3 things about this hotel? How can i give best 3 when it was worst of my stay in Riyadh.... worst things was their insensitive staff. As soon as I entered, my worst time in riyadh started till i left the hotel and I end up paying for 3 nights while staying one night.. Hotel staff at reception in early morning was not at all a reception staff and cordial like that. When I was leaving, manager as well as receptions staff were adamant to charge for 3 nights. I had booked for two nights and paid in full.. i came little early at 6 AM and requested if my 2 nights can be adjusted with this 1 night and few more hours..But they charged both nights plus one more night for coming early. I stayed one night.. Hotel was ordinary and there were many good and cheaper hotel in same area...I am travelling almost 4 times in a month to riyadh and believe me it was worst stay.
