As the topic, it’s clean, new and set in great location. Valued for what we spent as the room and location was suitable for walking to shopping center and Namba metro.Toilet and bath were good provided. The room was quite small but good space utilization, as Japanese.

Clean, walking distance from Namba Nankai Station, and key market and shopping areas. Friendly staff, and easy to contact. I even messaged them to make up room via the Agoda messenger when we forgot to put up the sign at the door. :)

Brilliant location”
Location central to Osaka. Markets within walking distance, food everywhere. Walking distance to Namba and nippombashi station. Facilities were good, coffee machine available and umbrellas for wet days as well. Loved the idea of refilling soap and shampoo in big bottles instead of using small quick disposable tubes. Only quirk is that the doors are rather "thin" and you can hear the neighbours if they speak loud enough. Otherwise, pretty goooood.

We enjoyed our stay at Red Roof alot! Our room was on the second floor but still very quiet at night. The room is small but had a roomy bathroom and shower, and the beds were very comfortable. There was complimentary coffee on the first floor, and location is conveniently close to Namba Station.

Good location, very clean rooms”
For a business hotel, the room was bigger than some of the places I've stayed at. Very clean and I like that the room was not carpeted. Bathroom was surprisingly a bit spacious. Osaka Namba is a very busy area and it can get noisy even late night, but at Red Roof Inn, you be guaranteed a good night sleep.

I stayed at Red Roof Inn for just 1 day, but it was very comfortable. What I need was there, such as WiFi, AC, desk, small refrigerator and bathroom/daily items. In the late hour, I had a choice to go to restaurants and convenience stores close to there. I was in L.A. 2 weeks ago and there was nothing that I need at Airbnb(and paid much more) Therefore, I was impressed with the Japanese standard once again. In Asia, the quality may be not much different compared with Korea or China(I don't much know about other countries in Asia), but in North America, I don't see this quality at this price. It was a good experience. Thanks!

Stayed for 5nights, squeezy for couple but will be good for solo traveller. Free coffee and use of microwave at ground floor all day and walking distance to dotonburi, kuromon market and namba jr and subway. Will be even better if there is a laundry facilities. Still a recommended place though!

My sister and I visited here on our first Japan trip. This is really nice hotel and staffs are helpful. Tiny but clean room. I use a luggage delivery and when our luggage are arrived at the hotel, staff receive the luggage and place them in our room. I would recommend this hotel to all you guys.

it will a better experience to check in in the early evening bcs the alleys will be dark since shops are closed. so it was quite scary but it was safe so no worries thanks to the staffs who were there 24/7
