Amazing and convenient location!! This hotel was also very clean and hotel staff were kind. Check-out is usually at 10 AM, but this hotel allows check-out by 11 AM which is another nice perk.

Basic, convenient, minimalist”
Location: convenient. Can choose to walk from Osaka-Namba Station underground all the way to Namba Walk exit 22/24 though its quite a long way or just walk on the street level itself for a faster route. Family mart just next to it. The izakaya next door sells nice gyoza. Room: Basic and clean. Not all the rooms have bathtub. Room with shower is quite claustrophobic. Shower stall is enclosed with only about 2m x 1m x 1.5m. The toilet is missing some hooks / bar which makes it inconvenient to place change of clothes and towel. Facilities - have washer dryer, vending machine, ice machine - make sure you have 100yen coins with you. The walls are very thin so it can get noisy in the morning when ppl start to check out. Able to hear housekeeping vacuuming too. If you are staying more than 1 night, they only provide 2 bottled water for the 1st night.

the hotel is clear. we had a triple room. it is in the centre of Namba and is just minutes away from the restaurants and shops. highly recommended for those prefer to stay in Namba area. the hotel does not serve breakfast but there are few coffee shops in the underground shopping mall offering sandwich and coffee breakfast with good quality.
