Excellent place in a great location”

Best hotel to stay. staff was very cooperative especially I would like to thank Mr Lutta who has provided everything even before asking. His cooperation has made stay much more comfortable. Only thing that disturbed during this stay is Restaurant which was closed due to Covid-19 regulations. But its temporary issue and very soon hotel will take care to reopen. Its very comfortable,

The rooms are good with all we need for our comfort. Worth for the discounted rates of less than 200 SR/room. No breakfast included can be an issue, as good restaurants are not many near buy.

it's really nice. Hotel near to Jafari Masjid, Corniche, and near to Bus station. Along the seashore with good restaurant, situated in the oldest city of Saudi AL-Balad historic place. good facilities with old style furniture. Bath tub, coffee and tea with boiler, cafeteria and reception hall. i was asking for outer room with seasides view but they didn't grant me instead street views, maybe not available.

Stuff very nice and professional . the cleaning team and their supervisor were very sharp, professional and helpful. Impressed by the quality of their service and their warm service to the customers. I liked the rooms and the location. it's pretty to close to the old town and malls where the price are cheaper than anywhere else. Very good location to rest in before your Umrah.

Very good”
A good hotel option that could be much better. On the plus side, the rooms are very comfortable-- a little dated, true, but with very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and good views over town. Staff very nice. And a wonderful location, near Al Balad. On the minus side, the facilities are in bad shape and sometimes unusable. The gym looks good-- nice free weight set and and treadmills-- but unable to use it as there was some painting works going on. Spa area was completely torn up. Pool, which is more of a decorative pond that you can get in, hasn't been cleaned (or used) in ages. A shame, since other aspects of the hotel are very well managed. Overall, I would stay again-- but they need to up their game.
