            A hotel with no amenities”

            1. No toiletries (towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc.) 2. No blankets (the room is air-conditioned. It is quite hot during the day, but it can pretty cold at night-esp when it's raining) 3. No hot water. Although the heater is functioning well, it's not properly installed. We called twice to call the engineer but none came. (Unit 27-26) 4. No kitchen utensils. There was a kitchen cabinet with gas stove and sink, but no kitchen utensils. 5. No Wi-Fi. The modem was there, but no signal was detected. The staff recommended us to use other tenant's (OYO) wifi instead (from another unit at the same floor), which actually worked but the connection was REALLY SLOW. Our only entertainment in the room was the cable-TV, which offer lots of channels, but the power outlet's rather loose so we need to find a specific angle to make sure that the cable was plugged in. Another positive note. The Reddoorz staff was very helpful. We called so many times to ask for this and that and they never fail to respond. Did I mention that the location is NOT close to the city center? Not strategic at all.

            Saya nginap disini 2 malam. Dan dari awal masuk kamar saya sudah minta untuk minta tolong agar tv bisa ada channelnya, tapi tidak ada 1 pun enginer yg datang sampai lelah sendiri. Sudah gitu, tidak ada handuk, seprai agak kotor, toilet bau, ada kompor tidak ada gas nya. Dan kitapun disini harus bisa mandiri haha, sampai ke mall untuk beli handuk, beli teko air panas. Kalo ada uang lebih, lebih baik pilih yg bintang 3 atau 4. Daripada disini, no recommend. Maaf

            Kecewa banget sih ga sesuai sama yang ada di gambar nya, kamarnya di upgrade ke 2 bedroom tapi jelek bgt. Pas pertama buka pintu bau banget, di closet masi ada pup orang lain, kulkas ga nyala, tv susah nyala, pas nyala abis limitnya blm dibayar katanya, gaada air panas, gaada cermin, handuk air mineral dll lama bgt datengnya, kecewa pokonya.
