      saya dalam urusan pekerjaan. saya menginap sama suami saya. hitelnya 4lantai. saya dilantai 3 kamar no 39. ac dan tv ngga bisa nyala. tlpn ngga nyala. kalo mau komplain harus turun naik tangga. udah itu responnya lama. staffnya ngga ramah, sangat cuek . saya tidak merekomendasikan siapun utk nginep dihotel ini. sgt jelek dan ngga pantes.
