Room at Level1 totally different with picture.”
From Agoda, the room looked OK and comfortable. But in reality the room condition I got at Level1 is totally not same as in the picture. Old, dirty, and too small till no space to perform solat. The LOL is the socket wall located same level with your head (plug for TV) and the kettle wire is too short. Shower door also broke, can't lock from outside. The photos just show the high level units, if you got room at Level1, kindly ask to change to high level room.

This hotel does not offer irons to its guests. Instead, they offer a laundry service which is start from 7.30am-3.00pm. If you want to leave before that please bring travel iron with 2 round pin plug converter.

Great location, walk distance to Ciwalk. Twin room at Level1 is not recommended, old and dirty. Deluxe room is a better choice.

Staff untrusted”
The front office staff (an old guy) seems to be untrusted. firstly He gave me a very dirty room in underground without window. Actually there were many room frees. Then after I warned and complained, he suddenly gave me good room at higher floor. The question is why he gave me such dirty room, in fact many rooms are still available ?

Although this place near Cihampelas Walk Mall. About conditions of Hotel is not recommended. Because the room is very small, dirty, I thing the room like a kos-kosan. The build is very old. With condition as like that the price is expensive.

Hotel reddoorz”
Pertama saya datang, pelayanannya standar aja. Dan pada saat saya minta pass wifi, katanya wifinya lg rusak. Okelah habis itu kita ke kamar. Dan pada saat sampai dikamar, tidak sesuai dengan yg digambar dan saat ditanya katanya ada orang dr reddoorz yg datang terlebih dahulu mendapat kamar pilihan saya. Jadi okelah, Lalu kamar nya tidak wangi, dan pada saat menyalakan ac, acnya bocor jd kita harus menadangkannya dengan tong sampah. Kebesokkannya saya bilang ke receptionis untuk mengecek acnya. Dan pada malam harinya setelah kita balik ke hotel, kita coba menyalakan acnya dan ternyata masih bocor acnya, Sangat tidak baik pelayanannya
