i'm feel comfort stay in a night in here, beside cheap, strategic kocation in central town of bandung, and near with campus ITB Bandung, but i think management hotel must increase clean of room, especially in bathroom, the floor is dirty and dusty, and there is no tissue in toilet

Bad Experience”
First time to book RedDoorz hotel and got awful experience. Got transferred to another hotel branch which was quite far from this one. Choice this hotel due to distance to the location of my activity. Without any notification, the hotel unlisted me from the reservation in this hotel and transferred to another hotel. They excused couldn't find my contact number or email. They informed when I was checked-in to the hotel. It was late check in, about 6pm, and the hotel did not event try to contact me from the beginning. The excuses for the transfer is because the room was 'broken' and they did not have any spare room for me. After 15 min arguing without any result, they insist I have to accept the transfer option. Meanwhile, another guest came to check in the hotel and he got the room. I was upset with the fact they preserve the room for other guest. The replacement hotel was lower grade than I booked. Room was bit dirty, used towel was hanged on the bath room door. Disgusting.

Poor facilities and cleanliness”
The lobby looked impressive with traditional and antique interior. It was such a shame that the room lighting was poor, the bedsheet was dirty and not proper, no bathroom amenities such as shampoo, soap, etc. I think the bath room also needs some renovations. Good thing that the staffs were nice.
