The staff was good, the way their handling my booking. The room was not so big, average clean, there was lcd tv on wall, the drawback was only the hot water tap debit in the bathroom was small. But in the next day, the did something about it and its better. A good place for a night crash from daily activities.

I went to Kiaracondong rail station the next day so I booked a cheap room over this app before departing to my destination city. The hotel is Javanese-styled with so many crafts and statues and ornaments on the doors and else which makes this interesting yet quite creepy because at some points they were dark. On the night, my room was running out water so I can't do flush the toilet, wash my hands, or even taking shower. It was fixed next morning after I asked to be hurry. There are around two staffs or more and one of them asking me questions which in my view seems rude. I was going to Lembang with my friend at 9pm and this staff asked me where was i going and was i coming back with bad-looking suspicious face.

when i get that properties i get room near enterance , no wifi in there , no internet etc. the situation when i get there is very crowded , there are football team in there and it make more crowded very strategic location near mall and you can go to outside and search for some meals

Although the staff is relatively helpful, however the room is unexpectedly bad, in terms of: - Toilet door is locked out for some time, and need certain handling to open it up - No mineral water, it is stated to be served - Toilet smells bad - Bed cover smells bad

Hot water doesn't work, the water line in toilet leaks, disturb atmosphere because we still hear the sound from outside. It is really not convenience for our family.

Please dont expect anything about this hotel(actually, more close to Dom). Perfectly different with photoes, dirty sheet, stained pillow, bad shower facility, no wifi. Even the host didnt know about wifi access id, password. I ran away from this hotel, found another. Be careful,,,, this hotel will give you horrible experiance.

Setelah liat dari review yang sudah pernah menginap, ada ples mines nya dari hotel ini dan REALITANYA diluar dugaan bangeett, pas masuk dapet kamar mahabrata yang letaknya lurus dari pintu masuk, ku kira bakal masuk ke ruangan lagi, gataunya langsung kamar dan kamarnya luas banget, family room double bed , lampu terang, toilet terpisah dengan kamar mandi, ada air hangat nya, juga, tv led, sofa 2, cuma air sempat kecil, makanan juga banyak yang jualan di depan penginapan yang sudah ada jam 7 pagi dan ada meja makan beserta peralatan makan, mas mas resepsionis nya juga ramah, friendly sama tamu, kamarnya bersih , tapi maaf mas sendok nya kebawa sama saya 4 buah , baru sadar pas sudah sampai dirumah.. Sangat worth it buat yang backpackeran bersama teman atau keluarga. Terimakasih banyak

Lokasi dekat dengan mall dan tempat makan Kamar luas bgt Ada 1 kasur utama double bed dan 1 kasur single bed, ditaro dilantai gitu. Banyak sofa, toilet lumayan besar dan bersih. Ada balkon kecil. Tp sayang furniture nya agak berdebu, meja billiard nya ga ada bola nya, jd gak berfungsi, sayang. Konsep nya guesthouse sih, karena sheet, bedcover, bantal nya dicover pake sarung rumahan. Cuma ada amenitis untuk mandi aja yg daper dr reddoorz nya. Ga ada bantal kecilnya. Tp ada fasilitas kulkas kecil dan dispenser dgn air galon full hahaha. Yg paling minus handuk nya. Persis handuk rumahan, kasar dan tipis. Staff super ramah.

Pertama dateng cukup bingung karna staff kaya yg susah cari data kita dan bilang kalo mau nginep disini mending di app sebelah karna di app ini suka susah nyari, tapi akhirnya bisa. Overall lumayan nyaman fasilitas nya lengkap, tapi lampu agak redup banget, dan minus nya tengah malem air tidak keluar sama sekali.
