The toilet is nice but the orientation of the furniture in the room makes the room feel claustrophobic,compared to the other Reddoorz hotel I been to,such as Riau,Watsukencana,Paskal Hyper Square,Isola. The wifi shut off for me around midnight and was down for the following morning. The hotel is also within close vicinity to a traditional mosque which does loud prayer calls which were loud enough to penetrate into the room and the duration of the prayer calls were also extended. I booked for 4 nights but left after 3 nights. Apart from that,the hotel is near to a minimart,about 5 minutes walk away. Staff struggled to communicate with english and the hotel policy of 200k rupiah deposit for the keycard,was so much.

We stayed for 3 nights. We got 2 single beds & one bed was unclean. We assumed that the housekeeper didn’t change the bedsheet or anything. It was very stinky. We asked them to change only that particular bed because we didn’t want to trouble them, but they didn’t do anything about it. As for me, someone who’s allergic to dust, I sneezed & caught a bad flu when I checked in to the hotel. Why? I think they haven’t changed the blankets/comforters for a long time! In terms of the hotel itself, it’s very quiet so you can expect a peaceful stay. The location isn’t that bad either as it’s near to Trans Studio. You can book a Grab ride easily too! Overall, okay not too bad!

This place went over and beyond my expectation! The room & bed were fairly sized, modern & very clean. There's even a TV with cable! The showers had hot water running (turn the knob to the right, not left. Needless to say I had a really cold shower one innocent morning.) Not to forget the toiletries! The parking area is very small which is limited to 4 cars. Outside the hotel is surrounded by housing residents and there is no place for parking. The breakfast is the same throughout my 3 days stay there. The toilet door lock was damaged and there is no hot water, refrigerator available inside the room. Only advantage is that it is near to the Trans Studio Mall.

First time Arrived I was guided by hotel staff to the bed room but was shock that lots of big red ants (bugs) in the room, and I asked to changed the room, finally safe but next early day lots of mosquitos coming from the unknown place. Hot water sometime worked & sometime didnt. The rest such as internet wifi and tv channel are good
