This place is homy, because the setting is just like an ordinary house for family.Each room has its own concept and named according to the concept. I booked two rooms, and got the "collage" and "bicycle" rooms. No AC but its OK, because the air is quite cool.Mineral water, tea and coffee is also available in the first story. There's a cafe providing pizza.

Tempat nya gak jauh dri jalan raya, lumayan bersih, buat tempat istirahat lumayan nyaman, tpi kmren malem wktu saya nginap disana banyak suara anjing pas malam nya bikin gak nyaman tdr nya, buat fasilitas nya dengan harga segini sih lumayan. Setiabudi 2 ini tempatnya strategis, gak jauh dari jalan besar, dekat terminal ledeng. Tempat nyaman dan tenang, enak klo hbs kerja seharian dan tinggal di sni. Ada lapangan futsal lg di area belakang, klo nginap sama teman-teman bs skalian tanding futsal. Sedikit kendala pada saat saya menginap di sna, air panasnya gak berfungsi. Akhirnya saya harus mandi air dingin jam 5 pagi. Sedikit saran utk kamar yang saya tempati, perlu sedikit modifikasi pencahayaan kamar. Agar seluruh area mendapat pencahayaan walau dgn jumlah lampu yg minim. Oh iya...tempat parkir aman dan nyaman, mau mobil atau motor.
