The hotel walking distance to bandung train station, shopping mall and easy access for people who want to use public transport. The staffs is so helpful and the location of hotel is safety because have a guard to patrol at night.

Pros: 1. Inside Paskal 23 area. It's practically a one-stop service. 2. Only 5-10 minutes from Banding station. 3. OMG, the bed is so comfortable. They use latex topper on top of each bed. 4. The staffs are helpful and friendly. 5. Cheap! Cons: 1. No hot water. This is a major turn-off. I'm almost freezed to death taking the morning shower. 2. Replace all the blankets, bed covers and towels, they are dirty and worn out! 3. There's a major issue with the plumbing, the sink got stuck so often. 4. Some room are so dirty it smelled like trash. 5. Why do you required a guarantee deposit?

ROOM 608 : The dirty bed sheets, the pillows have spot white, the towels are worn, the bathroom doors are cracked apart and can not close properly, the water heater does not work, the bathrooms are very dirty & do not have toiletries. The 3rd day asked for a room change (ROOM 601) and had similar problem as well no hot water for shower. The price is well worth it for 4 days 3 nights but does not mean the hotel treats us like this. BILIK 608: Cadar katil yang kotor, bantal RedDoorz ada tompokkan putih, tuala yang lusuh, pintu bilik mandi retak dan tidak boleh ditutup dengan betul, pemanas air tidak berfungsi, bilik mandi sangat kotor & tidak mempunyai peralatan mandian. Hari ke 3 meminta perubahan bilik (ROOM 601) dan masalah yang hampir sama juga tidak ada air panas untuk mandi. Harga adalah baik untuk 4 hari 3 malam tetapi tidak bermakna hotel memperlakukan kami seperti ini. SILA PERBAIKI KELEMAHAN ANDA

I liked the location, room was clean, working ac. There was no WiFi on the room, which was a pity. What I did not like was how the price changed when I booked an extra night. Almost dubble for the second night. Would have been nice if the guy at reception told this beforehand, when I told him I would like to stay longer.

Was very pleased with my husband when we celebrate our New Year (2019) here, the staff is really friendly and always ask if there's anything they can do, you can let them know. Menu is delicious and when we entered the room it's really clean.

No hot water! ”
If you're cold-proof this may not be an issue, but I almost froze to death taking a morning shower, got sick because of it too. The bed and linens were dirty, bathroom is a turn off. the first room that i surveyed had this garbage smell in it, they should really take care of cleanliness more seriously. However staffs are really friendly and warm, and the bed is the most comfortable one among all the budget hotel that i've stayed in. It comes with a latex topper! The best bed ever:)

Overall was ok but it was not worth with the money I have spent”
Parking was charged for additional fee. Breakfast was not included. The hot water did not work properly. The room was nexr to the railway so the noise disturbed me sometimes. About breakfast, the inn staff said because my booking was paid for room only so I was not eligible to get the breakfast. Actually when I was doing the booking on your website, nothing showed the inclusion of breakfast. I just knew it after I rang the inn and the receptionist informed me about it. Now I understood why I spent less money for booking on your website than other travel company. To be honest, before I paid the booking on your website, I checked another company and they had 20k more expensive for the same room in the same inn, however on their website the breakfast option was available and even parking option was available as well. Unfortunately the rooms on their website were sold out or I was not lucky enough to get one on them so finally I made the booking on your website.

Well a great budget hotel”
But there was no hot water. No fridge either but can't complain for the low rates. Really aged and right next to the railway. Location good for the shopping mall and spas.
