    Kamar pertama ac tidak hidup, air panas tidak ada dan lantai kotor. Kamar kedua ac juga tidak hidup. Kamar ketiga ac bisa hidup, tapi hanya angin saja, ada air panas, lantai cukup bersih.

    Mohon segera di tindak lanjutin. Memang murah menginap di sini. Tetapi tidak seharusnya seperti ini. Supaya tidak merasa kecewa untuk customernya. Saya pesan untuk 2 hari 2 malam Dan belum tahu seperti apa hotelnya. Setelah datang hari pertama. Kami di beri kamar,dimana saat masuk kamar sudah berbau,kemudian atapnya bocor.. Kemuidan kami minta pindah. Setelah diberi kamar lagi,kondisinya juga sama.kamar bau. Dan sepry spertinya tidak di cuci.krn spt masih ada bekas kotoran di seprey. Kamarnya bau,benar2 tidak nyaman. atap terlihat kotor. Ada kulkas juga bau. TV tidak ada remotenya. Benar2 sangat "nyaman" Kalau memang mau di tindak lanjuti,segeralah di tindak lanjuti. Benahin managementnya. Banyak kamar yg bocor dan pasti berbau. Mudah2an bisa segera di benahin managemntnya. Akhirnya saya ingin cancel malam ke dua.krn tidak bisa. Akhirnya degan terpaksa tetap menginap.

    Pelayanan ramah, Kebersihan kamar lumayan. Perlengkapan mandi lengkap, dan ada air panas nya. Hanya saja tidak dapat air minum kemasan, tapi disediakan teko untuk ambil air minum sendiri. Tidak disediakan remot AC ataupun tv. Saya menginap pada hari sabtu malam minggu, pada malam harinya terlalu banyak suara orang yang berlalu lalang sehingga membuat bising dan kurang ketenangan.
