          Bad Service”

          Staff unprofessional, very unpleasant welcome during check in. The staff who also claimed as the manager lack of hospitality experience. We were coming in group, with kid and old people. Demanding us to wait the check in time at 16.00, due to the current guest still not checking out. We were ok, request that our check out time also move forward, but the staff declined our request. Just bad experience.

          Cheap and pretty good. They are inside the espemia convention and villa area. There's hot water kettle, ac, and the amenities is available too. The receptionist is also helpful :)

          Istirahat untuk 3 hari 2 malam karena ada acara di ciawi lumayanlah, tempat ada di pinggir jalan raya 1 kawasan dengan villa espermia, kasur empuk tv ada youtube dan vidio walaupun jaringannya putus2. Nginep 3 hari 2 malem dapet aqua cuma 2 dan travel kit 2 pasta gigi dan sabun sachet, ac dingin cuma sprei agak kekuningan dan toilet kadang2 bau.
