Very valuable for money, only about 500 meters from pondok indah mall, the facility is good, have a netflix, and near so many restaurants, but the cleanliness is poor, there still a lot of hair on the windowsill, and the glass in the bathroom has a lot of mold, there are some stains on the bed sheet, and found some cottonbuds on the corner of the bed

I stayed there for 2 weeks with my wife. Maintenance is poor, bathrooms and walls molding, doors stuck. First we stayed on the 5th floor, I do not recommend, waterpump is close and noisy. We moved to the 3rd floor, still could hear it but it was ok this time. Cleanliness is ok, however I had to dust the tv stand. Staff nice and helpful. In overall, recommended if you don't have high expectations. Good location and value for the price.

I decided to stay here because near from PIM 3. You just walk around 700 m - 1km from the hotel. all staff are friendly & helpful I stayed at room 101. as the other guest said, unfortunately air circulation is not good, so the room becomes very humid & damp smell. theres so many stain in the roller blind. the toilet is clean but theres no trash bin inside, but theres a water heater. the towel is thin & smell not good (like damp) so better you get your own towel.

I can’t say much about this place. Basically what you’re paying for is pretty much what you can expect to get. Also in my case, the photo of the place is way different than the actual room. I hope they can improve the cleanliness and fix the broken window and the toilet’s spray.

I ended stayed for one night eventhough I booked for three.”
The reason was I couldn't sleep well because of the noise from the water pump is blaring every time a guess is using the faucet, shower or flushing the toilet. It was too loud for me as a light sleeper. They should have installed the water pump further away from the guests' rooms. The room is relatively clean (ish), and the staff is really helpful.
