Professional Staff”
Due to covid-19 the management refused our stay since they don't accept foreigner (my husband who has stay permit in Indonesia), but the staff offered help to relocate us to another reddoorz hotel in another location, he also help us for transport to the hotel. At the beginning we're surely upset, but at the end we can accept the condition due to politeness and the professional manner of the staff at reception. Hotel self looks decent and clean with javanese style.

Staff are really helpful. The hotel looks old, but my family feels like home :) The hot water isn't working efficiently. But dont worry the water isn't really cold. Kamarnya nyaman, pelayanan ramah dan sabar, saya sampai perpanjang lagi 1 hari. Dekat banget sama pusat kota, jadi kalau ga ada sarapan juga no problem. kamar bersih, meskipun memang bangunan tua, namun tetap nyaman.
