Beyond expectation”
The hotel was under renovation but didn’t bother me at all. My only complaint is that the water ran dark for the first 2-3 minutes before it got clear. Oh and the room lightings were too dim so it would be a bit challenging if you have to work with your laptop or do anything that needs good lightings. Breakfast was very basic but decent, for such price I won’t complain :). Staff was nice, very helpful, really love their service and hospitality. I left my son’s shirt in the bathroom during check out and one of the staff (I forgot his name 😅) immediately returned it me even when I was already in the car ready to leave. Thank you! We booked club suite room (311), it was spacious and clean, bathroom had bathtub, bed/mattress was a bit firm for my taste as I prefer more soft-fluffy one and there are some subtle stains on the sheet. Location is perfect for me as it’s very close to my son’s school and the train station. For the price, very worth it. Definitely will come back.

Stayed 2 nights here. Had a miscommunication with the staffs over a food ordered via room service . Just to find out that our room phone was faulty. My wife goes legit mad as we ordered pasta for our daughter dinner which came only after 3hrs. BUT, my hats off to the staffs in handling the situation. They showed how sorry and tried so hard to fix things back in making our stay comfortable and such. Was offered free breakfast and also complimentary plates of fruits and chocolates. But that's not what win me into coming back here. It's how Pak Andri who approached me while having breakfast and apologised sincerely over what happened, and Miss Wannadya who put in effort just to talk to me and fix everything via WhatsApp. Excellent recovery guys! I legit recommend this hotel not for how good this hotel is or the facilities cos nothing much really. But I recommend this hotel cos I know , I'll be in good hands of the WONDERFUL GREAT STAFF. ITS THEIR AWESOME HOSPITALITY WHICH IS BRINGING ME BACK.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They said all rooms are non smoking rooms. I hope they maintain it that way. The room was not so clean i think there were bed bugs but they can spray or treat their beds. It is good value for the price you pay.

A Reddoorz Hotel”
Hotel name is Sunerra, all amenities was Reddorz and some still use Vue Palace. Lower your expectation as this is a budget hotel and totally not worth 4 star hotel. I changed 3 rooms during 2 nights stay due to internet and aircond problem. I've travelled a lot and sometimes found a mis-management hotel; but still full of good staff who worked whole-heartedly. But i cannot find anything. Better go to opposite hotel, Arion Swiss bell. Avoid this hotel at any cost!

This hotel is at the Bandung City Center. It's close to every where. The facilities are great, clean and it's not expensive. It's so recommended for you who needs to stay for leasure or business. I'll stay here again for my next trip to Bandung.

Recommended hotel nearby Bandung train station ”
Hotel with good location nearby Bandung station north gate only 350m, room was nice, neat and clean, possible for early check in around 11am and we were checked out around 1pm and they even didn't call us, king sized bed with proper light, bathroom also clean and bath tub enough for 2 person, nearby hotel lots of food stall and restaurant, near also with braga and cicendo eye hospital
