exterior view so pretty good, but when u got inside its the opposite but its value for the money. the first time i saw the bath room is not clean at all. for the bed ya so so... comfort enough to sleep well. that's worth it for the couple to spending time all night long. thank you

Great location and affordable. However facilities need to be upgraded. The hot water in the shower didnt work, lamp in the toilet often dont work, no foot mat outside the bathroom which makes the floors all wet and slippery. Staff needs to be more attaintive when guest check-in. Instead they were all busy having lunch. But overall I think its good for the money value and for long term stay.

The price somehow cheap. But my room lil bit dirty, AC broken (leak), and I have to ask first to the staff for towel. I think the staff lil bit unfriendly due to I stayed on public holiday (tired or need annual leave with family)

I like the hotel exterior and interior. however, I was disappointed to see the bathroom was not clean when I checked in, and the room floor wasn't cleaned properly. another point, the night/reading lamps weren't on as they were no bulbs. I also only received 1 towel despite the fact the hotel should have known that I would be checking in with another person.

rooms in the front building is better than at the back. was clean and staffs are friendly. hotel is inside an alley so its not noisy. there is massage parlour and mini mart in front of the alley. overall it is sufficient.

Actually it's a hidden gem sort of place to stay, if you have business in TB Simatupang. However, the staff could be more proactive explaining the rule & procedure, i.e cleaning facility should be requested in advanced, daily mineral water should be requested personally
