Great hospitality”
I fell sick and conveyed this during check-in. Winnie at the reception was very accommodating and flexible to expedite the check-in process for me Ina addition to knowing my limited ability to converse in Bahasa Indonesia. She helped me a lot throughout the stay and went the extra mile even though it is a budget property. To my surprise, she even brought medicine and warm water to my room at night with another staff even though it was cold outside. I enjoyed my stay even though I was sick. This is my first stay in Red Doorz and I am looking forward to other stays in this budget chain in the future. Thank you again, Winnie and team for the hospitality. You showed me what 5 stars hospitality is regardless of the price paid. (even when i stayed in a more upscale resort in Lembang, i did not receive such hospitality).

This place has been made my staycation remarkable!”
The view from the pool is one of the highlight and perhaps the main attraction on this place. You can sit on the balcony from the restaurant or near the pool area to enjoy coffee or tea with a great view! This place has almost all facilities needed for your stay, water heater, kids playground, large parking area, restaurant, pool and they had a classic collection of car displayed on the front hotel area! If you wish to stay at a quiet, cozy and family friendly place, this might be the one for you!

Nice place , good view but very sorry for 2 cup mineral water not enough and than don't forget for towel keep in the room. And need some telephone if we want ordering no need go to restaurant . For swimming pool dirty ... Thank you ...

It needs so much more improvement for room cleanness. Bathroom is dirty. Bed is dusty. Only get 1 towel. Swimming pool also dirty. Otherwise, the food are good & the view from the resto's balcony is good also.

In pictures looking good but didnt feel comfortable at all!”
Pool dirty, restaurant dirty. Nobody speaks english. The room was dark and a bit dirty. The bed was making awful noise even when just turning a little bit. Cant buy beer. Not close to anything else restaurants. Everything just felt so hard to do or get. We left two days earlier and happy about that. Sorry to say because the view is beautiful.

Not suitable for Stay but good food and view”
The worst hotel to stay. But if you come for their view, its worth it. The location it quite hard to locate. It is better for you to come with your guide or driver. The food is very nice! You may eat and relax at the dining area which is spacious and nice view of top of high hills. The room is normal, but you need to add more payment for electric kettle, and the shower heater is not working even though you call the house keeper twice! As conclusion, the room is worse but the food and view is fantastic.

Awalnya ragu sama review orang, tapi setelah coba langsung, asli tempatnya seru banget, kayak lagi di rumah eyang, ada spot jalan2 pagi yang bener2 alam, dan pemandangan bandung dari atasnya dapet banget. Kamarnya dingin, air nyala dengan baik, air panas nyala. Bakal balik lagi kapan2

View nya keren banget bener2 buat refreshing otak, hening. Tp sayang nya kebersihan kamar dan kamar mandi nya. Banyak bgt debu, kamar yg saya tempatin wastafle nya rusak. Harus lebih di perbaiki lg. Kolam renang juga agak kotor banyak binatang dan daun2 yg berjatuhan. Selimut nya juga gak banget udh rusak. Tolong ditingkatkan lg buat semuanya ya.

Keunggulan dari tempat ini adalah harga yang murah, memiliki pemandangan yang sangat indah, udara yang sejuk, dan kolam renang yang cantik. Sayangnya, manajemen harus meningkatkan kebersihan dari kamar. Saya menemukan banyak debu dan laba-laba di berbagai sudut kamar, nuansa rumah pada kelas delux yang cenderung gelap karena kurang pencahayaan, serta ketersediaan air hangat yang kurang baik. Saya mengerti hotel ini memberikan harga yang murah tetapi menyajikan kecantikan fasilitas kolam renang dan pemandangan sekelas resort. Namun, kebersihan merupakan hal yang sangat mendasar untuk dipenuhi.
