Pros 1. Room, bed sheet, blanket, pillow were clean. I found no stain at all. 2. Furniture condition good enough 3. Enough parking lot. 4. Big room 5. Using TV cables with much channels. 6. Hot water always available, and good water pressure. Towel were very clean. 7. Very wellcoming receptionist 8. Using 2 exhaust fan (for bathroom and bedroom) so, the air circulation is very good. Con's 1. No toothbrush and paste. Only shampoo and body shower. Conclusion Great value for money. There is not much to be complained about. Very satisfied. Thank you agoda & reddoors.

pro- 1. love the tv channel, 2. they gave towel, 3. room price is affordable considering the lembang area is full of tourist attractions. 4. helpful receptionist, 5. everyday we got 2 bottles of drinking water 6. clean place 7. easy to find, they have big digital signboard outside their villa. cons- 1. no kettle 2. every time we enter since its in the housing area, the security will charge 2000rupiah. it's a safe place bec of the security but it costs u too. if u r on the budget, u should allocate some money for that. 3. opposite the villa, u will see a nice restaurant ,yet quite expensive. my take,it's not worth it to eat there. overall, we got a pleasant stay. we will stay there again if we got a good deal like we did last time.

Amazing price for spacious room...”
We slept over at christmas night, and luckily we still got the cheapest price, idr 275.000 for 2 rooms (w/o breakfast). Amazing price for a peak season like this. The room is very big, there is place for extra bed but they dont have it, so you have to book 2 rooms for 3 adults and children. There is no ac, but it is cold already at night, you wont need it. The hot water is unstable and there are some stains in the toilet. The location is quite good, easy to reach, easy to spot, very near to sapulidi resort, and in front of the hotel there is a cafe with casual ambience for hanging out.

Expired milk in their refrigerator”
I bought a milk for my kid in this hotel and my kid got headache. When we check the milk, it was expired in 3 months. The hotel staff said, it’s impossible because the other milks not expired at all, mostly will be expired in Jan and April 2021. We call the milk customer service and the CS told us that their milk which will be expired in 3 month is prohibited to sell to customer. It’s a true story and I have no bad intention to the hotel. Hope they will change the milks in their refrigerator.

Very spooky, location is good inside housing complex. in front of it there closed and empty cafe and when night comes, lights still off. So bad not going there again sorry, bathroom terrible, staff is not so friendly, not smiling.

Awalnya aku dapet kamar mandi yg agak b*u , akhirnya minta tukar kamar . Dan tadinya gak ada teko listrik akhirnya suamiku minta karna buat seduh susu anak . Untuk hotel sunyi sekali mungkin aku weekday kali ya jd sepi . Untuk lokasi didalem perumahan , pesan saya kalo ksini stok makanan aja kalo nnti mlm diportal . Sebenernya jalan keluar ke jalan raya ada 2 tp yg 1 diportal yg 1 lagi jauh dan susah cari makanan(berat) kalo malem . Gelap serem pula jalanannya , jd kalo udh jam 7 mending stay dengan membawa makan malam .
