As a war shelter”

Location and staff

I spent most of the time outside to avoid staying in the room. This hotel is old with dirty & smelly rooms and corridors, and old noisy furniture. The moment I arrived, I had to wait 30 min. at the reception. TV was not working, they had to fix it. I have no idea how this is a 3-star hotel and how the rating was 5.9 when I booked.

One of the worest hotels that I have visited”

Close to restaurants and services

Very bad. Cheap furniture and bad design. There was no kitchen amenities. It deserved two stars and it doesn't have any features of the Golden Tulip chain.

الغرف نظيفة

بشكل عام كانت الاقامة جيدة، ولكن لا يرقى الى مستوى الفندق، واقرب ما يكون اجنحة مفروشة، الغرف واسعة، والاثاث نظيف، وطاقم العمل متعاون، إلا انه يعيب عليه صغر دورات المياه (اعزكم الله)، وبالنسبة للموقع فلا بأس به، كونه على شارع صاري، والذي عن طريقه يسهل الوصول للكورنيش وطريق الملك عبدالعزيز من جهة الغرب،وطريق المدينة المنورة من الشرق
