The best variant for the not expansive staying in Frankfurt. The ideal situation of the hotel just near the central railway station. The hotel is not far from the river Main and the old city of Frankfurt. I was satisfied by the room and bathroom. They were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was praiseworthy. And all the above feature one obtain for the reasonable low price. I would recommend this hotel.

This was easily one of the best apartment hotels I had the pleasure of staying in while traveling through Germany. Its location near the mall made it easy to go shopping, though it was a little further away from public transportation to access the rest of the city. The staff was quite helpful, though there were a few times when a request was forgotten or arrived much later than expected. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. I only hope that construction that was taking place when I visited will be finished by then.

Stayed for 1 night, paid just EUR40 for a relatively last-minute booking. Location to the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof was a priority so didn't have any other high level of expectations (given also the price); and for the price I paid, this is as best as it can get in central Frankfurt :) 3-min walk from the train station. Room was clean, not too cramped .. staff were efficient and polite, though they didn't exude the "warmth" that I've been so used to in many other hotels. But not an issue, really, considering that they're somewhat weary of handling many transient guests just making a brisk night stop in Frankfurt. Hotel was about 2 blocks away from the red-light Moselstrasse district. Didn't feel unsafe walking back to my hotel at night, then again I was accompanied by my German friends. Overall, totally unbeatable value for this hotel!

Really first class location. From airport to hotel could not be simpler with S Bahn and one stop change to U station which then stopped at hotel front door. 5 minutes walk to pedestrian shopping area. Although definitely a business hotel because of its location, did not feel out of place as a holiday couple. Everything needed for breakfast was there. Evening meal at Club restaurant on 7th floor with view over skyline was terrific. Well presented, well cooked and excellent service. Had a room facing rear of hotel which was totally soundproof. Excellent quiet sleep although bed was a bit hard. Would use hotel again anytime.

Booked for 3 nts for Xmas markets early December. Unfortunately on arrival I was informed that due to overbooking there wasn't a room available for my first night, however they could accommodate me in their sister hotel in the centre of town, paid for a taxi there and one back the next morning after breakfast. I was very disappointed, as my friends were staying in the hotel, but as it was just for one night, there wasn't much I could do. The sister hotel was of an equal high standard with a great rooftop bar affording good city views. I was able to check in the next day to the original hotel, and found my room to be spacious, clean and well-equipped. By way of an apology for the previous inconvenience, the management had left a card, advent calendar and rubber duck (!) in my room. Bed was comfortable, all facilities worked and fittings modern. The breakfast buffets were varied and tasty. The minibar in the room was complimentary. Short walk to centre. Near river and trams/metros.

I book InterCityHotel Frankfurt because it was near enough to the train station to walk and far enough from the train station that you don't hear the train sounds at all. Room was very comfortable and clean. No weird smells. As it was a non-smoking floor on the ground floor, it wasn't safe to keep the windows open. So I could only open the windows for a short while to air out the room and close it again. Something that I definitely didn't like. The breakfast buffet spread were as good as the hotels in Asia with a very good variety of food. The space in the restaurant wasn't cramped and everything was very clean. Room was clean. Pillows and blankets were fluffy and thick unlike Mercure Hotels which was really flat. Also, there were no leftover smoke smells in the rooms as it's common to find non-smoking rooms in Germany that smelled very badly of a smoke in there. For dinner, I went and bought food from the food outlets at the train station. For drinks and yogurt, I went to the basement Rossman shop which was cheaper compared to the shops above ground. The only thing is that the Frankfurt Train Station is dark and can be unsafe. If it was better lighted, it would definitely have been a lot better.

the hilton garden inn at frankfurt airport is a new property that caters to passengers looking for a comfortable room during an airplane or train lay-over. the hotel is no more than 5 minutes on foot from the airport (1 minute from the long-distance train station). standard rooms have adequate size and are very tastefully decorated. staff go out of their way to be charming and helpful. we took a two-day train trip around small towns in hessen and left a large piece of luggage at the hotel so that we wouldn't need to drag it with us. the hotel features a complimentary business center (internet connection in rooms is also free) and offers a fitness area. the restaurant is good, but comes with high price relative to other options in the area.

Pros- -Friendly staff -Arranged taxi for early morning flight back to the States (40€ taxi drive) -Provided packed breakfast since we were leaving early -Fruit, mini chocolates, and brownies were complimentary in the room -Room was clean and accommodating for our family of 3 (5yr old) -Air conditioning in room -Close to Central Station (~1 BLK) Cons -Glass shower divider only covered half of the bathtub/shower and water got on the floor. Looks can be deceiving... Don't let the outside fool you. The inside is trendy, modern and relaxing.

Stayed at this hotel during June for two nights while visiting Frankfurt for business. It was clean and modern and the suite was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large and had its own washer/dryer which can come in pretty handy during extended stays. Also had that nifty towel warmer which was great. I appreciated having a balcony though it is very small, almost like a ledge with an enclosure, but again not every hotel has even that so it is a plus in my book. The kitchen has all the amenities you need including a full size fridge. The mini bar is well stocked, but beware of the prices!! And there is a flatscreen TV in the bedroom and in the living room. The location is very convenient and easy to navigate from the hotel to all parts of the city. The hotel has a pool which regrettably I did not make use of but looked nice and well maintained. The lobby has free internet access which is always good especially since I don't travel with a laptop so it is nice when I can freely check email and surf around a little on my downtime. I needed an in person tutorial with the air system and so an engineer was sent up in short order. The front desk staff was generally helpful.

Staff does not, apparently, read any special requests made at booking, even if the request is in German! I have stayed here on three occasions, always requesting a room on the "parking lot side" of the hotel. on ALL THREE TIMES my initial room assignment was on the other side of the hotel! This most recent time, I made the request in German and was STILL (initially...) assigned a room on the street (non-parking lot) side of the hotel...

The Expo Hotel is centrally located on the Zeil shopping strip in the Frankfurt innerstadt. This provided us with a lot of things we could do and access just by walking around, and we never had to use the subway during our stay (even though it was just several meters away). Even the Palmengarten is a comfortable 30-minute stroll from the hotel and we chose to walk there and back (and discovered some nice restaurants and eateries along the way). Inside the hotel itself, it is very bare-bones, with just the rooms and the reception desk. There is no hotel restaurant, baggage room (for if you have to checkout in the morning but leave later in the day), nor any sorts of amenities that I have typically seen in 3-star hotels. For that matter, it was a relatively pricey stay, so I think we were paying mainly for location and the state of the rooms - which were generally nice and spacious, with a small kitchenette in our case (but no stoves and the refrigerator didn't even work). I do not highly recommend this hotel, but I do not recommend against it either. This was an OK stay, albeit overpriced.

Traveled to Frankfurt for business and found WELCOME-- a simple, clean, and reasonably priced hotel within brief walking distance of the Frankfurt Messe. I arrived from the airport at 10 AM after an overnight flight, and even though check-in isn't officially until 2 PM, the front desk attendant was kind enough to let me check in early and get some rest to start adjusting to the local time zone. Restaurant VIEW inside the hotel is quite tasty as well.

We chose this hotel at the airport because of its convenient location close to rail and airport, and special offer. Out of the train platform from Berlin, up the lift, to almost the hotel foyer. It is close to Terminal 1, but you need to take the regular shuttle to Terminal 2. This is a modern hotel, nicely decorated, with lots of glass, including a glass ceiling in the foyer, with wonderful views of the sky. Our room, with glazed windows, was perfect for relaxing prior to our long flight to Australia. We loved the separate shower and bath, with luxury toiletries. Pleased we stayed 2 days! 5 star breakfast, with a German touch of hard boiled egg, selection of sausage meat, and delicious selection of breads. Friendly and helpful staff on reception, Concierge, and in the dining room. Free wifi limited to an hour per day in the foyer.

My husband and I stayed on 17-18 June and 23 June. Rooms are modestly priced and amply accomplish the major tasks of a hotel, to provide a safe, clean, comfortable, and quiet place to sleep and shower. Front desk staff was quite helpful, allowing us to leave our baggage at the hotel while we were touring, as we arrived long before the check-in time. The hotel offers van service to and from the airport - free from the airport, 5 Euros to airport. The hotel is one stop from the Frankfurt Hauptbonhof (central train station). There are supermarkets right next to the hotel, with a decent Indian Curry restaurant very nearby. Free (slow) wifi is available; I gather premium wifi is available for an additional price. Downsides were that the breakfast at 20+ Euros was overpriced, as was the restaurant on location. The neighborhood, while perfectly safe, is also perfectly boring, with little to attract a tourist - though there do appear to be some community flower gardens near the hotel. The train station is a 15 minute walk, as are restaurant options beyond the hotel and the Indian curry place. (I like Indian food, so I was perfectly happy to eat at the nearby restaurant.) And the limited wi-fi and computer facilities may not work well for business travelers. But these are relatively minor quibbles. NH Frankfurt Niederrad does not merit 5 stars in my opinion, but it's a good, solid, reliable 4-star option. I would gladly stay there again!

the hotel is great and if you ask me the best 3 things i would say location location and location. the check inn took less than 2 minutes and staff was very helpfull and smiling. the only thing which i didnt like in the hotel was if its a four star hotel it should have tea/coffee making facilty in the room. lots of halal resturants in the vicinty and bed was comfortable too> in short good value for money and would definately recomend

Hotel Victoria Frankfurt was just perfect for our two night stay in Frankfurt. Nice spacious room for the three of us and comes with complimentary breakfast which was good enough. The best thing about the hotel is it's location. We arrived in Frankfurt via train and the hotel was an easy walk, less than 5 minutes, from the train station. And it was easy to walk to the places of Interest including the old town and shopping area. There are also plenty of eating options near and around the hotel. The people in the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating, especially the ones in the front desk and the breakfast area. Overall, very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

I am very happy with my stay in this hotel. The staff event help us to print out air tickets. Breakfast charging euro 10, but not its just a standard German breakfast. Suggestion for adding some variety of international breakfast will worth euro 10. Suggestion to add a room as luggage room will be more appropriate than putting our luggage at the reception. The hotel also prepare a shoe polisher for the convenience of biz tenants. Exterior look like 2 star to me, but the room is like 4 star, which surprise me. The bathroom have the tower heater to make sure the tower dries before second using. Suggestion to install lights inside the wardrobe ores, it's a bit too dark. It's only 2 stop away for tramp to central station. Walking distance to skyline plaza shopping center. Very convenient.

We went there with another couple who already checked in Sheraton Airport (some months ago). Even they said nh airport is cleaner than Sheraton. It is really nice at nh hotel and for this rate it is the best opportunity to stay overnight very close to the airport. There even is a shuttle from airport to nh. every half an hour. when we checked out we had to pay 3€ each. that is fair enough. you can use it as often as you like. the price doesn't change ;) the prices of the drinks and the food are almost the same than at the airport. A bit high, but that is "tourism" and quite normal. So, if you need a cheap but nice accommodation, I really recommend this place. The people are very nice and the airplanes very close :-) I like.
