Pros: Very close to the Masjid Al Haram, very convenient for the elderly people. Taxi service to the airport from the reception desk was phenomenal! Iftaar buffet was delicious. Cons: Bathroom was not as clean as expected. Obviously the price is in the higher range. The receiption desk was way crowded, should engage some seasonal staff during the rush period. The worst thing is that I tried to convey them that I was getting delayed, but nobody picked up the phone. I tried minimum 25 to 30 times. Although I was able to reach the other branch, the Swissotel Makkah, very easily.

The hotel is ideally located and closest to the Haram. Even if compared with the budget hotels around, the price difference is bearable for a short pilgrimage stay. The budget hotels are atleast 500m and farther and if travellers are elderly people or someone travelling with younger kids, the hotel is best located. The breakfast is sumptuous (if one opts to take with complementary breakfast) and great value for money in comparison to other such hotels in the vicinity. The check in and check out was smooth and it took hardly a couple of minutes to check in. The staff is friendly and hotel is clean. Being one of the contemporary hotels of Makkah Hilton, the effects of age and usage are visible, however, the facilities are still very good. Would like to stay here again and highly recommend for staying in Elaf Kinda.

The room was clean. 35sq.m but the bathroom is not clean, very very narrow I xan't even stretch,seriously. The breakfast was the best. Outdoor tables in the fresh air looking at Almasjid Alharam. Indoor tables too. 2 floors for breakfast and a big choices of food. Easy to check in and out. Helpful people in Makkah. I recommend it. The location is the best in Makkah it is the nearest to Alharam. It is just a little bit expensive.

this is one of the best hotel I've stayed in makkah very close to Haram near the new extension. this is my 2nd stay in anjum and I must say both times the experience has been wonderful. the service provided by staff is outstanding. The staff are very caring . breakfast buffet is very good maybe on of the best, all the good served is made with care, unlike the makkah restaurants Anjum food is outstanding/tasty and not bland for sure !! Anjum has a outside sitting are where you can relax at night highly recommend this for your perfect umrah,

I along with my wife stayed for 4 night. It was the best experience of our life at Makkah ( already performed Umra 6 times before). The facilities, friendly staff, very close proximity to Haram and a very reasonable package too. All these made it our best experience at Makkah. Not to forget the most lavish breakfast. Stayed three nights while performing Umrah. Very clean and modern facility. Did find an English speaking person in the check-in counter. Room was clean and nice with all the amnesties expected from a 4 star hotel. Daily cleaning was also available. Overall, everyone liked the hotel. Moderate 15 minutes walking distance from the Haraam. Last hundred yards or so to the hotel is slightly stiff, but not a problem for most adults. This will be true for many hotels given the topology. No on premise sit-in restaurant for lunch or diner - room service only. It is bit pricey and we opted to eat out instead.

This is the best 5 star hotel I have stayed at in Makkah. It is modern and clean with a surprisingly good customer service (something very rare in Saudi Arabia!) -Very good breakfast -Beautiful prayer room/mosque overlooking the ka'bah. My wife really enjoyed praying here when she couldn't go to the haram because of our young children. -Also, children under 7 stay free with parents which made this hotel excellent value for us. Overall- this has been the best hotel experience we have had in Makkah (5th time).

over last two months i stayed towice and once i remember was two years ago , at this excelent Makkah Palace .for sure staff were so good , so kind and profisional too , my self and wife had an excellent time ,its adding more comfort and happines For Omra . never miss your breakfast at Raffels . have been travelling round world , my first visit Makkah was in 1991 , am so proude to wittness the excellent standared of Raffles Makkah .

Location: It is 5 minutes walking distance to Bab-e-Abdul Aziz entrance but during Namaz times there is shuttle service which runs to and from the haram. To actually walk all the way to the Bab-e-Abdul Aziz gate and then all the way to the actual Sehan(Mataf) ground or 1st Floor where you could actually be close/see the Kaaba it will take you good 12/13 minutes. Given the time I visited (December 2015) Bab-e-Abdul Aziz was closed due to construction and therefore if you are going half an hour before Azan time then to make actual entry to the Mosque and walk down all the way to Mataf/Sehan I would use King Fahad gate (as other small gates gets closed down by the authorities to avoid congestion inside the mosque) which is right opposite to Makkah Tower/Hilton and Dar-al Tawheed(Intercontinental) hotel. So to Kind Fahad gate and then to Mataf it would actually take good 15 mins. Hotel & Service: The hotel is nearly 30 years old but have been very well maintained. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The room was huge (superior triple), clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. The room also gets cleaned & tidied on a daily basis. They also offered me wheelchair inside the hotel for my mom. The bathroom although clean but need a bit upgrading as seems in need for renovation due to its age. Overall: Very Good Experience and I would stay again!!

We had a great stay in Conrad Makkah. It was my 4th visit to this hotel, and we picked it for its beautifully designed & spacious rooms, the comfortable beds, the cleanliness of the hotel, great breakfast options and most importantly its closeness to Alharam! Literally you are 1-3 min away from the Al-haram Al-makki. Rest assured that you are going to have an amazing experience once you come. The staff add to the overall great experience and are very helpful especially Amjad and Hashem from the reception team. I would definitely book this hotel the next time I come here InshAllah.

I've been to Makkah 3 times within the last few years. This hotel is without a doubt the best hotel if travelling with children or elderly parents like I was doing. Never had to wait longer than 10seconds for a lift. You can get to the haram from your room within 5 mins. Clean rooms, excellent service. Amazing breakfast. Will def stay here again on my return InshAllah.

the makkah hilton towers is somewhat less flashy than its sister hotel, the makkah hilton and the different entry points was a bit confusing for first time pilgrims like us. towers reception area is located in the basement carpark whereas the latter is on the ground floor. we booked a tower family room for four nights in august this year through agoda. check in was quite smooth but the strange thing was we had to go through the shops on the ground floor of the building to get to another entrance on the side to get to our room. our room was on top of a flight of stairs – again, unexpected. but the room was a good size and it was clean and comfortable. air-conditioning was great, very cold in fact. there was a queen sized bed and one twin sized bed plus a large sofa bed – more than adequate for our family of 3 adults and 2 children. i have to agree with the other reviewers – breakfast there was great. good prompt service, nice assortment of breads and pastries and other breakfast staples like sausages etc. housekeeping team kept the room nice and clean daily with fresh towels and toiletries. the best part for us was the proximity to the holy mosque – its entrance is just outside the hotel so in terms of location, we were blessed. great value for money. if we are ever blessed with the ability to perform our umrah again, we would not hesitate to stay at the makkah hilton tower again.

This is newly built 5 star hotel of Millennium Chain of Hotels. It has all facilities which you expect from any 5 star hotel. If you are coming to Makkah by car this hotel would be the best choice as it has free secured parking space for 200 cars. Per night rates are very less as compared to other 5 star hotels in Makkah and the reason is its location which is 2.3 kilometers from Haram. However, they offer free shuttle bus service for Haram 24hrs a day.

Location - excellent-2 min walk from King Fahad Gate. Hotel Room- Very nice room (adequate size) with all the latest facilities. Elevator- unlike all other hotels with Malls this hotel has no issues with the lift even during peak hours 10/10. Breakfast: I doubt if any other hotel can give this much variety of breakfast, One word only, unbelievable!!, don't miss it. Overall: it is the best hotel available in Makkah, I suggest all the families to go for it.

Very good location to Haram, but we only have the hotel restaurant no options, we need to get food from outside if we want to change. Staff are kind I have dealt with 10 maybe all excellent customer service except one staff who was rude .. otherwise all perfect and I had a very good experience and I will come back to this hotel again for sure. clean rooms and nice decoration but little small. I have tried many hotels and I can say it's the best hotel in Makkah.

PROS: - The price was great with these facilities - Though on Agoda it says that internet is only available in lobby but in fact internet is available in room too. - Bus/Shuttle service available from hotel to Haram. Very small wait time (less than 5 minutes) as they have multiple busses/shuttle available. CONS: - Hotel is not at walking distance from Haram. Also bus/shuttle stop is at least 10 minutes walking distance from Haram (at back of clock tower). This is common bus/shuttle stop for every hotels' busses. So this is not specific to this hotel only. It might be an issue with every hotel that needs bus/shuttle ride. In some cases, wait time for bus/shuttle may exceed 5 minutes.

This hotel is generally good. Classed as a 5 star hotel, would say that it probably just meets those standards, in reality 4.5 stars Positives: Location is good easy walk to and from the Haram. The breakfast spread is excellent, and starts at 6AM just after Fajr (During December). There are shops and restaurants outside the hotel front door, easy to get food or amenities. Also a pharmacy right outside and to the right. The room service was OK. Can't fault them just because there is never going to be great service in Makkah due to the number of people and how busy it is. But I didn't really have any major problems. The bedding was fine and so was the bathroom, both were clean and comfortable. Don’t know about how their cleaning of the rooms is. We had the DND on for most of the time. However, whenever we requested cleaning they did so. Looked like they were out cleaning every morning. On the last night baby had a ear infection and vomited on the bed. Around 2 AM. Informed the staff and went to the Hospital, room was clean by the time we got back at 5AM. Negatives: The carpets are old and worn, need to be changed. Don’t know if it was just our floor or all of them (3rd) There is just one major problem: They don't provide an iron or a kettle in the room, and they have a sign in the room that states that the electrical system of the hotel wasn't built for the use of those appliances. But we needed hot water for the babies milk after the first night and they charged us 7SAR for hot water! They also have exorbitant rates for laundry. The room service is really expensive 20SAR for a cup of coffee! All the prices for the amenities are 5 star alright, but reality is that you don't really need to use them as there's enough cheap food etc. around the hotel. I feel I paid around 100SAR too much for what it offers.

Everything was extremely good starting from facilities, staff response, care, breakfast, to location. Though it is in aziziya shumali, hotel has regular schedule for buses that is provided to guests. The buses drop in saptco bus station and haram is a little far but hotel has to do as there is no other way. We used to hire taxis at SR 15 just that drops under king fahd gate basement and this is the best option. Hotel breakfast was excellent with varieties of items that serves wide range of international community. The staff was so good in response that we used to get our requests addressed within 5 to 10 minutes. There is just one problem that we had two false fire alarm in hotel during stay , one was during night time at 2 am that disturbed our sleep in midnight. Hotel must solve this problem of false fire alarm as that causes panic and disturbances to guests. Thanks Holidays inn for a wonderful stay for us that made our makkah journey memorable.

An amazing hotel. Just book the hotel and you will feel that you have booked yourself a room in paradise. Bravo! 15-20 minutes walk to Masjid Haram; rom the hotel main entrance take right, go straight and there you are. Located on main Ibrahim Al Khalil street. Welcoming, honest and hard working staff and very helpful. Choice of breakfast is too much as you won't be able to try all of the dishes. Look for Mr, Younis (Hotel Duty Officer) a Gentleman. Plenty of places to eat and for shopping at the front & at the back of the hotel.
