I faced an emergency check out due to health situation and Mr. Mohammed supported me with it by refunding one night. However the hotel is amazing and well clean. The Breakfast was excellent with no doubt about it. The location is fantastic. I will come back again in the same hotel. Thank you.

Summary: This hotel was the cheapest so didn't expect much. it was all fine and would stay again but... 1) I upgraded at Rest Night and didn't realise that it was to a different location to the one I thought I had booked. The instructions from the staff at the hotel I thought I was staying in to the new one were wrong/not clear. Took a long time to find. And the hotel street sign is only in Arabic. 2) Staff have very limited English and breakfast is very Arabic/Indian. which is fine but no milk for the tea. 3) Room fine except no mugs to make tea/coffee and no supplies either except water.and no way of getting them. 4) There is nothing nearby. The nearest shops (except for kitchen fittings and water tanks)are at Nakheel mall. It is 15 minute walk including a tortuous road crossing at a junction, and even there I found fast food court and Families Only coffee shops and no supermarkets. 5) Without a car you are in trouble. I was fortunate in getting lifts, and being obviously not Arab had to really hard bargain with the Taxis. There is no public transport. I have lived in Riyadh and had some idea where I was going, negotiating with the constant disruptions due to metro building doesn't help. 6) so - its basic, it's good value. And without a car there is nothing to do nowhere to go.

I stayed two days in the hotel and was very satisfied with the place. The value you get for the money I think is very difficult to match. Comfortable bed, not noisy place, enough hot water for good showers and ironing facilities in the room. Definitely would stay again in this hotel if needed.

Bad Management & Staff Performance”
It is the worst experience for me in Riyadh. It is not a hotel, only Suit Appeasements without room service. Late check-in, only after 4PM they provide our apartment. Room cleanness is poor. Generally, it does not worth its high cost.

room is ok, wifi is bad, breakfast are sucks ”
The location is not far from Exhibition ,room is ok, but wifi signal is not very good, you can surf the internate except first floor! Besides, breakfast are sucks! I had booked a studio before i came to Riyadh, but they gave me a more cheaper standard room! and even worse, they told me there is no big bed(kingsize bed)available, all are standard twin bed room! I found that they have big bed room when i'm check out!

Its huge room with nice facilities. Sala is good, i pove the kitchen specially the stove and ref. I can reccommend this for sure. Only a little bit hard to find the location due to some confusions from the other branch. Breakfast is serve but no variaties. Same everyday. Overall very good

Only the price is reasonable. Rooms are big and well maintained, Ample of parking is available. Breakfast was limited, good but can be better. Air conditioner in lounge and kitchen was not working. Room service was not available Telephone in the room is not working so I had to walk down ti reception every time Requested to cleanup my room at the reception but nothing was done. In my opnion not recommended for families.

Good value for money, Good location, Poor staff”
I can regard it as a Fair stay. The rooms were good. very comfortable and spacious. I booked for a Studio, and frankly was not expecting much. but the rooms were surprisingly clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Staff was very stupid. with poor english skills. They were not able to understand simple requests. Brakfast was very ordinary. Wifi and mobile coverage in rooms was very poor. But in the end it was good value for the money i paid. The rooms were the main thing and they were good by all means.

Need only to prepare damage items,cleanliness should be better. Safety first, It was possible to get a big problem for our small son because of unsafe situation of the refrigerator
