The staff was very friendly and they let us check in before arrival time.
When we arrived they told us that we could not pay by card and that payment had to be made in cash, the apartment is not soundproof as advertised, you could hear the other guests, the room was dirty, it did not have a TV and it was very cold 👎🏻

Nice room, freshly renovated, blow-dryer was given by request.
We didn't get the apartment we booked. at the arrival we were informed that they can't give us the apartment because everything was "full" instead of the apartment we got a single room for the same price, didn't offer a discount.

Really nice rooms with a shared kitchen. Plenty of parking spots, and near Lidl. The view from the room was also good.
The cleaning staff could have been more polite and professional.

The only nice thing is that the position near to Nurburgring in a quite place
The Description of the room are not the real situation, the chicken in on common of 4 appartment and you can not use because is use by one of the owner and is dirty, wi fi doesn't work, bbq is dirty and the owner don't speack english
