The family-run Hotel Klövensteen is located at the gates of the city of Hamburg in Schenefeld. You can expect 58 rooms in a country house style, culinary delights from the excellent kitchen as well as warm and personal hospitality, which is lived by committed employees. The hotel offers you two categories of accommodation. Centrally located in Schenefeld, it is just a 10-minute drive from the O2 World Arena and the A7 motorway. Decorated in neutral colours, rooms at Ringhotel Klövensteen feature solid pinewood furniture and offer lots of natural light. Each is equipped with a cable TV and a compact private bathroom. A hearty buffet breakfast is provided each morning and can even be brought to your room on request. Guests can also look forward to traditional German dishes in Peter’s Bistro restaurant. Staffs are rather arrogant, the frigde is not working”

It is very clear that the refrigerator in my room is not working compared with the one in my colleagues room as the drink in there is very cold while the one in my fridge is not cold at all. They do not understand this difference, and are not willing to rectify the problem nor reassign my room. They seem rather arrogant compared to other staffs of hundreds of hotels I have ever stayed.
