I don't recommend this, not even to my worst enemy.”

I was asked If I’d recommend this property, the answer is No. Pathetic service, room is cold and online staff was rude and not decent enough to send someone to make sure everything works properly. I was told liar by the agency who runs the property for complaining about the room being too cold. Apart from freezing myself in the room, the walls are too thin, room is noisy due to the neighbors, Water heater sounds like an old machine about to explode. Do not even consider this room for an afternoon tea.

Dear Ivan, I'm sorry for your disappointment. The heating was on and the temperature in the room was 21 Celsius, which is considered as warm in Hungary. NO ONE called you liar! Still, I'm sorry that you were unhappy in the apartment and I hope you had a great stay finally in Budapest.
