Awesome place to stay in Semarang”
This hotel gives us an awe since the first time. At first, we were welcomed by empty artsy lobby without reception. Turns out we have to go 1 level upstair to the hotel lobby. The lobby itself are very awesome, they have lawang sewu view terrace and free flow welcome drink. Even we have to wait approx 1 hour to wait our room ready, we have nice place to wait. The room are very clean, the amenities were refilled each day, and the hotel are very thoughtful to replace plastic bottle with water jug, and they also have 2 water dispenser in each level so we can always refill our jug. The door lock experience is also on of the best, since we use our own phone for access. All the staff are very friendly and I noticed that every staff have SOP to greet the guest everytime they are passing. The location is 5 star since the hotel is located in the center of city. It just a walk away to Lawang Sewu, and it is at the top of DP. We also have Lawang Sewu view room, very Definetely will back here everytime we go to Semarang.

Overall experience ”
Considering the price (at the time of my stay), I had a pretty good staying experience. The room's aircon is pretty nice and cool. The bed + pillow is clean and their texture is decent (not too firm, not too soft). The bathroom/washroom were decently cleaned and not stinky at all. They were in fact quite fragrant when I first got in. And the Wi-fi is quite ok as well. Hotel's location is rather excellent too for the price. Literally on top of the DP Mall, so it's perfect for shoppers. If not satisfied with DP Mall, the hotel (and DP Mall itself) is located on the Pemuda Street area, giving close access to many places in the center of Semarang. Overall, I will definitely consider Rooms Inc for next overnight or multi-day stay in Semarang. 😁👍

Trendy Hotel Near Mall”
This was my first time staying at Rooms Inc and it was really conveinient, friendy and memorable experience. The cleanliness are superb! The room is a bit small but it’s quite enough to two adults with a small kid. The hotel is attached to the mall and you just can reach everything in the mall from supermarket to Uniqlo, let’s say all well known brand like Sephora, Miniso, KKV and many many good restaurants (local brands to international brands!). It was fantastic to stay here and I would say that I defenitely will come back to Rooms Inc!

This is a fantastic property. Ideally attached to a mall with dozens of restaurants. New, shiny, efficient, and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Good food and great variety. I would definitely return.

Cozy, A Very Well Managed Hotel ”
Nice ambience, well designed lobby and overall interior, very easy late check-in process. Everything's digital, from room card, to room service. Just one single flaws, one of my room was reek of cigarette smell during check in. I asked for room replacement, but instead they sprayed my room. Their reason: full booked (classic). But overall, still a nice experience.

Probably one of the best I've ever stayed”
For the price group, it's the best I've ever had. Almost everything was beyond expectations. Strategic location. Quite nice view. The parking lot is close (for car drivers), the lobby looked superb, great lighting everywhere (and a lot of lighting controls in the room!), A/C that cools down the room without being too "barging" or noisy. Clean bathroom. Water heater worked really well. You could really see everything was well-planned and well-thought out. Even the circuit breaker is covered by the same HPL finishing as the rest of the wall. Room is kinda narrow tho, but I'm okay with it. Passed with flying colors.

One of the best hotel for younger traveller in Semarang”
The hotel located at the top of a exclusive shopping mall. The access to hotel via mall’s parking lot is quite challenging, but our stay experience at the hotel was exceptional. The matress, my focus point, was so comfortable, haha. Definitely would return there if I visit Semarang again.

Surprised location because it’s on top of the mall. Didn’t pay attention about it when booking it. Turns out to be perfect for us as we have little kids and they enjoy playing at one of the playground in the mall.

Imma give Rooms inc 10/10 if its not about the parking area. I love everything here. The staffs, the food, the GYM especially, and the modern lock key. The easy access to the DP Mall was a really convenience!! Every needs just need a walk and I got it. We'll be back soon here^^

Located at the top of DP mall. If you bring your own car, just go to the top of the mall. Hotel interior was unique, it was nice, different with others, but room too small, 10cm gap between bed and wall, I chosed the cheapest one of course. And need some repair on some areas, water pressure not strong enough. You will need to download their app to open the door. They got pool table and foosball table, which is very nice, but need some rule maybe they need to give other a chance to play after 2-3rounds, a jerk just play all the time, eventough so many people waiting to play

This hotel located in central City of Semarang, so you can go everywhere easily. Shopping Mal is just in G floor, you can enjoy Starbucks, Nice restaurant, and go shopping at Uniqlo, H&M, etc. Without key card just download the apps to open the door. Super easy and nice!
