Great Vila with great view of the mountain”
Thank you rosen heim! We had a great time. The villa was so nice, with good location, we can clearly see the mountain and feel the fresh air. But for facilities, would be much nicer if you could maintain it well. Such as the sink in most bathroom (leaking), and all the pans / knife are not clean and unproper to use. Water pump is surprisingly not clean. thank you

Bad Experience”
We previously stayed at the other villa under the same owner, it's called Villa Baba. We were planning to stay for 2 days in Villa Baba, however, the availability only available for 1 day only. Therefore, they suggested us to stay 1-night in Villa Baba and the other 1-night in this Villa, Rosen Heim. We agreed and we thought that they will help us with the villa transfer process, they never told us that there will be a time gap from the check-out time from the first Villa, to the check-in time in the new Villa, which in this case, Villa Rosenheim. We requested to early check-in in Villa Rosen Heim, and it was a weekday, not a weekend. They strictly did not allow us to early check-in. So we have to wait for 3 hours transfer from the first Villa to this one. Once we arrived, the staff (Housekeeping) said that actually they can clean the Villa sooner if we request for early check-in. This is a different information we get from the owner or whoever the person on the call, with the Housekeeping staff who clean the Villa. So yea, we waited for 3 hours to be able to check-in with all the belongings, a child, a baby and family us. After that, I went to the swimming pool. Planning to swim of course. Turns out, the swimming pool was very dirty. If you guys would like to stay here, better to survey to the Villa before proceeding. I will not re-visit the Villa in the future.

You are very misunderstanding about out villa ya. The pool is checked daily and was very clean on that day. In addition, our villa has guests almost every day, regardless of weekdays or weekends, and even on that date, guests were still there the night before. Check-in and check-out times are also specified on Agoda. This is something the customer was not aware of. Next time you travel to another place, please check the system properly and make a reservation. Thank you.
