REGRET TO BOOK,we checked out right away”

Checked in at 10pm , checked out at 12am We checked out right away, just spent 2 hours in the hotel to find and book another hotel The staff didnt care about the room type we had booked he just give us bed according to how much we pay I paid it cheap, so he gave me the cheapest room We had an argument because i paid for a king size bed on promotional price. Until he asked us to talk to the owner to argue about the room He thought we didnt dare to, but we did ! He talked like a boss,made everyone scared like he could come and get us in the night, we didnt want to sleep The room was AMAZING it has ants and insects also fleece everywhere, it bit my family and we hve to go to doctor and got infected The ants ate my snacks The pillow was also very very dirty , like it never been washed before No Wifi, they havent even paid for the TV cable along with the internet connection No water heater, and Lembang is very cold you know You really have to improve everything Or just sell your land to other developer and rebuilt everything since you have a good location and still potential but not with your current condition Bad quality, bad service and bad experience. I do not recommend this accomodation to any tourist out there. Do not be fooled by the the photos and cheap costs. "It was the best 2hrs of my life staying at this guest house" Thank you

Tdak ad komunikasi yg baik antara pihak pengelola dan agoda,krna ktika kami cek in petugas nya tdak mngetahui ad book dr agoda atas nma sya n hmpir sja sy tdk mndpkan kmar krna full akhir nya kmi d upgrde k kmar deluxe ,walau mnguntungkan utk kmi tetapi hmpir sja kmi tdal mndptkn kmar,mhon d tngkat kan kmbali komunikasi antara agoda n pihak pengelola, dan air panas tdak ad hny terasa hangat biasa itu pun hrz nunggu lama dan req kpd pnjaga dhulu..dan reception hnya brjaga sndiri pdhal hotel lgy k adaan ramai

Biasa2 saja... cuma yang menjadi pertanyaan saya mengapa harga yang Agoda jual lebih mahal daripada yang langsung dipesan di hotel ??????????
