Spacious apartment at a great location”

The apartment is nicer in real life than on the pictures. Well-equipped kitchen, two toilets, a very clean shower. The location is excellent, right where the action is. host was easy to communicate with, and we could enter late at night because a number combination opens the gate and the apartment door.
It was altogether a very pleasant place. nothing to complain about.

Good room but lack of communication”

The location is great, the room is suitable for trip of many members because it has a lot of bed.
Lack of communication. the owner of property didn't explain properly before we asked first. For example, I had to call to asked the door code. The deposit refunded less than I sent and no explanation about that.

Short distance from the centre
There is really poor communication with the owner. Security deposit is required which is supposed to be returned within a week. After the week there was still no cash back and the owner suddenly couldn’t find the transfer which was a bit suspicious 🤔 but in the end money has been returned- fortunately! The apartment was a mess! Furniture were destroyed, wallpaper was scratched, even the shower was missing a glass door! The apartment is located in a old tenement, in the yard there is of plenty trash cans, which due to the high temperature outside, left really unpleasant smell… Check-in instruction misses some fundamental information such as number of the apartment…

It’s located in the center.
The air conditioner didn’t work, it was very very hot! broken beds, broken chairs, dirty dishes. A little noisy. Needed a renovation! Only the location was good!

The owner will ask you for 200e in case of damages, and also a fee of 50e for a late check out, in my case I accorded with him to have the check out between 2pm and 3pm, but when we got to the house at 1pm it was closed with another combination, some get in and grab our stuff and move it, we almost lost our train, and then the owner said that we were late even if we accord by MESSAGE the check out, and he obviously gave us back only 150 euros, so if you want to lose money stay here;), another thing is that the boiler didn't work and the water was cold asf, so please if you want a comfortable stay with good service in all aspects, I strongly recommend that you look for another place.

Departamento en el barrio más entretenido de Budapest”

La ubicación es espectacular (cerca de todo). El estilo antiguo del edificio lo hace muy pintoresco. Las camas muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado funcionó perfecto. La lavadora es una gran ayuda.
Faltaba equipamiento de cocina, por ejemplo, tetera o hervidor de agua, platos, cuchara de palo, etc…
