Great location”
The hotel is in a great location, it's a short walk from the railway station and also from the beach. As has been stated you check in across the road and the road can be a bit hairy to cross. I had a room at the front but the traffic noise didn't bother me and I got a good nights sleep. The room is large but a bit dated. On the whole I really liked this hotel and will stay here again when I come back to hua hin

Really nice clean cheap hotel lux for the price ”
Great stay here couple of nights for business trip. Staff were really polite , doorman always on hand for help with baggage and very friendly . The room was lovely with fresh towels and sheets and comfy bed . Housekeeper very nice and room cleaned as soon as you leave for the day. So good for the price in hua hin. Recommend !

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Hua Hin since the location doesn't get any better - a few hundred meters to the beach and an equally short distnce to the city center with all its market, restaurants and nightlife.

This hotel has a nearly perfect location as it is situated a five minutes walk from Hua Hin beach. The rooms are larger than could be expected and most of them have a desent size balcony. Romms are clean and well organized and so is the staff running the place.

This hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the centre of Hua Hin and 5 minuttes from the beach. The rooms are big and clean and contain both refrigerator, tv and big comfortable beds. Staff are forthcoming and friendly and a security guard makes sure that no unwanted people gain access to the hotel.

Need to check-in at Hua Hin Loft hotel on Soi Alley 78, across Petkasem Road from the hotel. Convenient if walking from train station. Hotel entrance is a small glass and black frame door beside Lampraya Boat office. Room was big but noisy as balcony rooms face the main road. No lift. Our safe didn't work and a light was out. Maintenance responded quickly. Our hot water was only warm enough not to be cold. Had a fridge and hot water pot but not appropriate cups/glasses to drink hot beverages. The staff were kind and responsive which is a big plus. Wifi and air conditioner worked well.

Value for money”
Apart from minor issues with not working door lock card, I was satisfied with the stay at this hotel. Worth mentioning is are the spacious rooms, which are relatively clean. Since the room was facing the main road, the traffic sound was a bit a nuisance, but still tolerable. However, the location is quite central to the touristic highlights of Hua Hin city center. Overall, the hotel provides value for money.

This is a good option for those just travelling to Hua Hin for a few days of cheap fun. The rooms are very conveniently located close to the beach, shopping and the night market. You can rent a scooter nearby for Baht a day (although I think this is a Thai only price but you can negotiate). The rooms were clean enough but there is construction going on around the building so you might not be able to sleep late. Room was more than comfortable for the price.

Okay, but hard to find”
how to find the hotel: best first check in at hotel Hua Hin Loft, the former Citin Loft, then somebody will take you to Royal Express across the main road. One of the reasons the hotel is hard to find is that the sign with the name of the hotel cannot be seen from the street becaus of a large advertisement board.

Stayed here for a few nights while in Hua hin, they have large rooms ,large balcony, large comfortable bed and bath room, only down fall was my tv didn’t work but lucky the wifi was pretty good and it is close to a food market ,restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Friendly reception and cleaners

Misleading Information in Text and Photos”
This is my own review checklist. My first test when I move into a new room is to take a tissue and wipe it along an unseen top surface, such as a picture, or a door. I also wipe the bathroom sink. These two tests tell me if cleaning is thorough or haphazard. / • Dust/wipe test = Top surface fail - Sink fine. / • Transfers = none / • Location = good - on main road. Just a 5-minute walk south of the clock tower on the same side. That is where some mini-buses drop. The mini-buses to Bangkok leave from the other side with the north-bound traffic. The one I took was a 5-minute walk north of the clock tower. It dropped me somewhere in Mo Chit NOT the BTS as promised. The property is near mini-marts, massage, entertainment districts, ATMs, street markets, currency exchanges, and the municipal hall tourist office. / • Check in = Very bad - When I arrived at the address, all that I found was a door at street level, a small desk, and stairs leading up. There was a sign saying that a security guard would direct new guests to the check in desk at Hua Hin Loft across the street. Firstly - there was no guard, secondly - I didn't know how to find the Hua Hin Loft, thirdly - the street was a four-lane highway with lots of traffic. I waited for ten minutes and finally I located the maid. She said there was no guard on that particular day. She pointed out the building across the highway where I could check in. I managed to get across the highway and find the HH Loft. A bellboy from that property escorted me back to the Royal Express and showed me into my room. For check out, I simply left my key-card with the guard. / • Wifi = fine / • Staff = onsite there is usually a security guard at front door, and the daily maids. In essence there is no front desk / • Lighting = fine, switches next to door and bed. Some bulbs not functioning. / • Towels = two, changed daily / • Toiletries = None when I first arrived. Upon request, the maid brought me shampoo & bath gel.

Good location, but not comfortable”
The place is in the middle of Hua Hin so it's convenient as a base. But I agree with many comments here. That this place is worn out and really needs improvement. There is absolutely NO HOT WATER in the shower. The room has ants in it. One of the lamps on top of bed was broken. Nevertheless, maybe it used to be beautiful, seeing from the room furniture and ceiling light. And there is a nice terrace. What gave me the best experience about the place was the kindness of the staff at the front door who gave me a free ride to buy an electronic device that I needed. A good honest man.

Everything the website said there would be was there. The location was perfect: close to the centre and the beach, gym nearby, restaurants, street food and shops litterly next door. There is also a hospital and mall in walking distance. And the bus from Khao Tao drops you in front. Book through Agoda because if you do it directly they charge much more and then my review might have been different.

Great Location with big room and enough facilities”
Good place/ hotel to stay with the good price and facilities. It' s located along the Phetkasem Road and can be reached the night walking street, shopping center/ other shopping and beach by walk. Clean and good reasonable price to stay. However, if can be check in at the hotel small building would be better than this, can there is no lift then try to reserve the room at the second floor, it's quite high stairs, but still fine for location, price and feature/facilities.

very difficult to find but ok for the price”
We arrived in hua hin by train at 3am in the morning. We followed the instructions to find the place. No luck, the map didn't really correspond to the streets. We were so tired after a 7 hour train ride so we asked some locals if they knew where it was - they were all useless and told us it was in the next town. After an hour of walking around in the middle of the night i saw a sign saying royal express but this wasn't it. We somehow figured out we had to walk to another hotel down a side street opposite this and then they checked us in and walked us back to the royal express. Way too much trouble and none of the locals have any idea about directions
