Staff are most helpful. Went out of their way to help me. I left my passport at Nagano train shopping shop, they helped to track it down and recovered it for me! I will definitely return to stay when opportunities arise in the future. Hot spring is a plus!

The large public bath was spacious and relaxing. I was satisfied with the breakfast, which included pancakes made by the chef and dishes made with local ingredients. I would consider using this hotel again when I visit Nagano.

This is a large hotel with many options for food. The hotel room was quite large and our faculty of 6 had no problems with space in our room (Japanese and Western style). The staff was very friendly. We will stay here again.

If you don't speak Japanese don't bother going to this hotel, ok yes my bad I'm in their country and it's my opinion, but this hotel does not cater to European people. Other than that I booked the expensive suit and I think it was last updated 30 years ago. On arrival it looked like a regular plush hotel, said to the guy at reception ( this took a while re the English thing) that I'm parked at the front door, he said why and I replied todrop our bags of for our room and to check in then I'll park my car , he laughed and said we don't do any off that you park your car and lug them through the car park . I thought f#k you it's raining. Anyway way over priced for what it is .

I have a visiting friend and I booked this room for her. She says that staff are very friendly and can speak in English. The hotel is beautiful, especially the view. The onsen is very relaxing. And the breakfast buffet is really delicious. The room is Japanese style with futon. My friend was able to spend an awesome relaxing night.
