Great place to stay for bus ride to Niseko ”
this is one of the hotels that the bus to Niseko pick up. I find this location quite convenient as you can walk to the tram stop and its like 5 stops away from town.

Hotel Staff Very Helpful and Location Central”
Hotel front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in providing advice on travel around Sapporo. Highly recommended to everyone especially families. Hotel location is also very central and well connected to various attractions.

Great hotel”
Nice clean hotel with everything you need. The restaurant (I went to the Japanese one) was amazing, very beautiful, and the food was great and surprisingly affordable (especially coming from the US, I was actually shocked).

The hotel can use a facelift but delivers the comfort and service you expect. ”
First off, we loved the spacious lobby. Generous floor space in facilities in Japan is hard to come by. The room’s amenities and furniture were slightly outdated but well maintained and rather evoked nostalgia for the analog era. The beds were low to the ground but comfortable enough. What we loved the most was the breakfast buffet. It was very clean, was prepared and laid out well. It offered a full variety of fresh, delicious foods. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Will definitely be back.

Worth the price!”
I stayed there with a family of 5 (Including me). The room itself wasn't anything spectacular. The breakfast was a buffet and also quite good! The hotel itself was located in the middle of Sapporo and quite close to a lot of things. The staff was very friendly provided me with a power adapter when i forgot to bring mine from overseas.

A spacious serene luxury affordable hotel in the heart of Sapporo”
Not many luxurious and spacious hotels at the price of around 80 SGD per night for a standard room could be found in Japan but luckily we did at Royton Sapporo Hotel. The hotel is just 5 mins walk from Nishi 11 chome station which is one stop Otaru and one stop from Sapporo station. The main lobby is very spacious and elegant - not too crowded. The lift has an open view of the city while its going up and down. Our room is twin bed standard room and it is huge. The beds are very comfortable. So many lighting and lamps in the room making it elegant. It has a coffee table for your quick meal or snacks. The TV has mainly local channels and one CNN. No complimentary water provided but it is generous with toiletries. The toilet and bath are huge, very clean and with tub provided that is fast & easy to fill water. The heating is perfect for a cold winter’s day. Safety lock is also provided and the wifi is quite fast. There is mini mart just across the hotel. Indeed it’s a very relaxing stay.

Rooms was large by Japanese standard. Not in the most convenient location but it is ideal for my wife and myself to stay a bit further away from the main street of Sapporo. Not a problem for us since we drive, parking is easy at the property. 1000 yen parking fee a day which allow you multiple entry in and out of the car park.

Location near the Odori park, but not to close from Sapporo Station. Approx 18-20 mins walkin. The gym & pool facilities were complete and not included with the Hotel Room Booked.

Good overall but location was not so great”
Room was big and clean and well furnished. However the location was not so great. I would have preferred a hotel nearer to the shopping district or train station. Also, the counter staff gave me directions to the ropeway station (to take cable car to go up Mt Miowa) but when I travelled there, I found out the station was closed for the day due to strong winds. The staff could have warned me about it. The trip to the ropeway station took up half my day and I had only one day in Sapporo.
