Exceptional”

I stayed here for 2 nights with my partner in December 2022 before the new year. We were in room 405 which was spacious and had a great view. Service was EXCELLENT from the front desk to turn down service. The heating system worked well and the quality of the food made our experience really enjoyable. Our kaiseki dinners served in-room were delicious. You can order alcohol as an add-on. They have 2 in-house onsen/sentos (6th and ground floor) They were never crowded and I was usually the only occupant. Was lovely to soak after a long day exploring the city. We were able to receive massages in our room which the front desk organized for us as well. Would highly recommend for location, service, and quality.

I stayed in the most expensive room in the Ryokan. Yet, the much anticipated dinner turned a wee disappointment. much different from other ryokans. all very small portions, not "ryokan-class" dinner. The location, however, is nice. Facing greeneries, near sightseeing spots of Gion.

It was really nice stay. Nice big room. And perfect japanese breakfast. Highly recommended. If only the price was lower we would have stayed a few more night there.

숙소 내부도 일본식에 완전 넓어서 좋았고 온천은 동네 목욕탕 느낌이었지만, 일단 있다는데에 감사를 드립니다. 급하게 잡은 숙소라 가격이 비싼것이 아쉬웠지만 조식도 맛있고 모든 직원분들이 친절하셨으며, 저희가 체크아웃 할 때 건물 밖까지 따라나와서 배웅해주시고, 눈에서 사라질 때까지 건물에서 안 들어가시는데 정말 잘 지내다 간다는 느낌이 들었습니다.

일단은 전반적으로 깔끔해요 무엇보다 직원들이 너무 친절합니다. 일본어가 안되면 영어로 해주니 걱정안하셔도 되구요. 직원언니 짱 예뻐여...ㅎㅎㅎ 방 안에 욕실은 좁아도 대욕탕 있어서 크게 신경은 안쓰였어요 다시 방문할 의사 있습니다!

여기서 인생샤브샤브를 먹었네요 배불러도 너무 맛있어서 음식이 다 들어가요 생선구이는 다른곳에서 먹은게 음식믈 쓰래기란걸 알았어요 위치는 매우 좋고 교통 편리하고 주변에 볼거리도 많고 음식점도 다양합니다 대욕장도 나름 충실하게 잘 되어 있어요 단점은 편의점이 멀어요
