Staying here is like returning to your grandma house. Furnishings are old and traditional and nostalgic but homely and cosy. The hot spring waters was good too and left my skin feeling silky smooth. But it is small and need to make reservation to use it.

Satisfactory Ryokan Experience with Welcoming Host”
The location is only around 7 minutes walking from Takayama JR Station, it;s very convenience. The host is very friendly and lovely. She explained a lot of things and was very helpful. We rented the main building classic garden view and we got spacious rooms with balcony overviewing the Japanese garden. The rooms were beautiful, the heaters worked well, the futon had warmer too. They provided comfortable indoor yukata. The Japanese traditional breakfast was great and you can eat while enjoying the Japanese garden view. The bath is indoor ofuro, separated between the man and woman, can be used up to 4/5 people at a time. You can keep your luggage here until your departure schedule, which is always helpful! Will definitely be back sometimes!

Good location, Japanese style Ryokan ”
Really nice place, Japanese style garden can be seen from our room, spacious Japanese style tatami room, with shared Japanese onsen bath. Breakfast is also great. Host is a nice old lady who speaks some English. She’s always nice to us and tried to explain everything to us. It is also very close to the train station and just next to the Main Street that you can walk to the old market or to find local foods and local shops. Enjoyed a lot during our stay.

Transitional Japanese style hotel. Bath and restroom are share and clean. Hotel location very close to JR and Bus station. Cross road see familymark turn left 1 block road see a restaurant cross road turn left the 1st or 2nd road will see hotel. Good for first day arrive or last day departure. Host is nice and friendly! I enjoy the stay here had good sleep!

Beautiful Ryokan!”
Kaminaka is just beautiful, a traditional and very confortable hotel, very close to the train station but also 5 mins away of the main roads. The owners were really nice and we had a great time here. We really recommend this place if you want to experience a Ryokan in Takayama.

ที่พักอยู่ใกล้กับสถานี Takayama กับ Nohi bus station เดินทางสะดวกมาก เดิน3-5นาทีก็ถึง ที่พักน่าอยู่ ห้องน้ำ หญิง เป็นแบบรวมอยู่ชั้นล่าง อาบได้ทีละประมาณ 3-4 คน บ่อแช่น้ำร้อนไม่ใหญ่มาก ในห้องน้ำและห้องนอนมีไดร์เป่าผมให้ มีชาให้ชงในห้องนอน ที่นอนอุ่นนอนสบายมาก ถือว่าน่าอยู่ค่ะ

這間民宿似家庭式經營，接待者主要以女將為主，態度友善。旅館內裡偏舊，澡堂亦較小，如不習慣在此沖澡，建議多付一點錢使用私人浴室。最令人驚喜的，要算是樓下用餐區較大，內裡環境特別，早餐使用炭爐溫熱朴葉味噌，非常新奇。此地多西方客居住。位置方面，由於高山很多地方在晚上八點前已收爐，街道冷清，但這裡附近有隧道過對面的大超級市場及藥妝店，可作晚上消閒活動。

엄마와 함께한 여행”
세심한 여관 여주인의 배려가 인상깊은 여관입니다. 여주인이 직접 준비해 주신 가이세키 정식은 너무나 맛이있었습니다. 또한 방에서 느낄 수 있는 정원은 아름답고 마음을 평온하게 합니다. 함께 간 어머니도 마음에 들어하셨어요. 다만 120년 된 여관인 만큼 현대적이고 청결한 느낌은 덜하며 추운 겨울인 만큼 난로를 틀지 않으면 차가운 공기가 느껴집니다. (하지만 제공되는 강력한 난로를 틀면 금세 공기가 데워져 따뜻해 집니다.) 그러나 옛것의 정취를 즐길 수 있는 분이라면 오래된 모습 그대로 간직한 이 료칸을 추천하고 싶습니다. 다음에 다카야마에 또 방문하게 된다면 조용한 료칸의 정취를 느끼러 다시 방문을 하고 싶네요.
