Good place with good transportation”

For my first day here I could easily say it’s a good place, not to mention it has the necessities and the utilities a 7-Eleven nearby approx 3min of walking, bust stop is close by and it’s just couple stops to the most popular places. For the room it self it has a good shower with a shampoo and conditioner The beds are comfortable enough to sleep so are the pillows. Everyday at 11AM there is a room cleaning sweep and they love to tuck the blankets deep and it’s going to be a tug of war to pull the blanket out. Really funny tho.

Friendly staff, great service. The public bath area just had one pool and the sauna wasn't as nice as I'd like, but that's one pool and one sauna more than similar places have... room was crowded--I couldn't leave my suitcase open on the suitcase holder and still get around the bed, and no closet or drawers, but for an inexpensive Japanese hotel room it was really good. Sensational shower. Fridge, nice sink. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate, if not really special. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Close to JR stop, and supermarkets and restaurants not far away.

I have but good words for S peria hotel! Staff are very friendly and helpful and foreigner friendly! The room ! got was spacious, comfortable bed and a t/b on it's own. There's a public sauna with water jet which is perfect after a long day of roaming around the city. They offer yummy breakfast too! Will definitely stay with them again!

We are very happy with the services and amenities of this hotel! They have their very own Onsen which you can enjoy anytime of the day until 1AM for free! They have a coin-laundry and a smoking room. The room is huge, we got the twin room. The toilet have a separate lavatory, shower room and water closet room. Everyday they change the towels and toiletries and the night robes and clean the room. The building is new and clean and have very polite staff. The breakfast is recommended they have variety of food from American, Japanese and Korean cuisine. They have a free drinking station open up until 11 PM The location is very convenient. You can request the reception to call you a cab.

Hotel is in the center of Kyoto. I love relaxing in the hot bath at night. The stream room was working the night I was there. Also complimentary (non alcoholic) drinks before 11pm. Great place.

This hotel was much nicer than me or any of my friends had expected. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was noticeable. The hotel rooms had A wonderful shower with multiple showerheads. Everything seemed new and fresh and the staff was very patient with our English. My visit to the onsen was wonderful and I was happy to have that extra amenity on the property. The location isn’t central to downtown Kyoto but the price and quality or worth the extra train rides. I would definitely stay here again

This hotel is awesome and I keep coming back due to the price and quality of breakfast. In Sept 2020 the lounge was closed so please be aware this feature is not available. I like the onsen before going to bed. I’ve never needed the bath in the room. I will be returning.

Very clean and comfy hotel”

The hotel location is 2 JR station away from Kyoto main station, you can reach there with bus as well if you purchase a day pass for bus. The room is clean and comfy to stay, staffs are friendly and convenient stores are not far away. However the room is a bit tight after filled with 2 large bed and not so convenient for us to open a 26 inch luggage.
