Nice room. Nice swimming pool. Nice services. Nice staff. Lots of parking lots. Nice breakfast. Good area. Easy to find. I would like to recommend this hotel. I will stay at S3 everytime that I go to Huahin.

Great value for the price”
S3 is located on the highway near the entrance to Hua Hin. The room is clean and spacious for the price and has all the necessary amenities. The TV supported Chromecast and was already logged into a Netflix and Amazon account which was nice. There is a pool on the 3rd floor. There is also parking available if you have a car. Although the room description says partial sea view, its actually not visible. There is a convenience store just across the road. The station is a 15 min walk from the hotel and so is the main beach. There is also a very nice fishing pier just a kilometer from the hotel which has the best sunrise/sunset views in Hua Hin

Good location but away from night market food street around 10-12 minutes by car but it has local restaurant around there. New, clean and nice restaurant design. Good bakery shop there.

The hotel has everything you need for a holiday stay and is located fairly close to the beach. Bed was very comfy/soft which is a rarity for Thai hotels. Pool is fine but very protected from the sun so you can’t sunbathe. Would happily stay again

Walking distance to beach and night market, and there is a mini mart across the road. Pool was very clean. Whilst open air it doesn't get the sun. Staff were very friendly and responsive. We couldn't see the sea in a room described as having a partial sea view.

The property is good, soft bed but when you check in, the staff will ask you if you want to buy breakfast package. I would not recommend to take it. You can walk along the street and find a good breakfast at much cheaper price.

We decided to stay here as we have a baby and knew we would be spending more time in the room. From the pictures the rooms look spacious - This is not the case. We were given 2 single beds to share between the 3 of us. There's no closet and overall the area is very small. But the room is very clean and for a couple or single traveler its definitely worth it. Nice swimming pool and restaurant downstairs that sells cheap food, albeit not the best quality. Location is okay. Not walking distance to most places, again as a family with a baby, but would work for others. The night market is a 15min walk, Hua Hin main beach 20-30min. Overall, the experience was OK. Not quite what we were expecting for the price (have stayed in cheaper, bigger rooms with double beds more central in Hua Hin), but not too terrible.

if no expect, it is ok.”
there were many hairs and dust when I checked in. i cleaned up myself. but after 2 days later, same thing happened and no changed sheet at all and no cleaned up room properly. after that I didn't stay anymore. Just only good thing is swimming pool. warning. really small room, just can sleep. key card deposit 300b for one.
