Very good”

We only booked for 2 adults, however we were a family with 2 young children. Owner allowed the 2 kids to stay without additional cost. We were the only customers staying althougj Agoda booking mentioned it was fully booked. Nonetheless, it was great as we had the whole onsen to ourselves. Location is great for those who wants to go to kasamatsue park as it is just across the street.

I booked the wrong day (today) not tomorrow. Emailed them to see if I could get a change or reduction in next day response at all. So didn't go back. My fault re booking but no communication when questions asked is poor

The whole hotel smells to cigar. I was not able to sleep in my room because of the strong smell. If the page indicated that it was a smoking hotel I wouldn't have reserved but it didn't say anything. Also the facilities were old and with humidity stains I wouldn't stay there again.
